HATE THE STAFF & THE BRANCH The first thing I noticed when I entered this place is it was totally unorganized, shabby and lack of supplies. I needed a Priority Mail Mailing Box which wasnt there on the rack. So, I went and asked the guy(middle aged asian guy) at the register. I also asked for a customs form for another package. He gave me both. But, instead of giving Mailing Box, he gave me flat rate shipping box. After I packed my boxes and stood in the line for 40 mins. While I was in the queue there happened 2 incidents. 1) The Asian guy ( I am not trying to be a racist. I am a asian too. I am just using this so you can recognize him) closed the door as it was already 5. A lady with bunch of boxes and kids came in and packed her stuff and came into the line. The guy rudely asked her to go away as when he closed the lane whoever is the last one he would serve only till there. Technically, he should lock the door and serve whoever is inside the branch. 2) So, another lady saw this man being rude just said that he was mean. He gave a very wrong look to the lady and said Lady! I guess you are jobless. Only a person who goes to work will know the value of time. What the hell is he even behaving like ? Then came my turn. I gave the priority mailing with my prepaid shipping label on it. Well and good. Then I gave him the customs form and my other package. I said do the cheapest shipping. He said, if its cheapest, you should fill a small customs form (not the one he gave). technically this form should be there at the supplies but it was out. This guy gave me wrong form. I said, i will quickly fill the form while you serve the next person. He said come back tomorrow I wont do it now. There is another nice lady(asian again) who is very friendly and giving people time to pack and fill up forms after coming at the register. This guy is terribly rude. In the 45 mins I was there in the USPS, this guy made a very rude remark on everybody. USPS, please organize this branch and take care of this guy.

This post office has so many issues. I used this post office for 7 months now, and I generally drop off at least 25 packages at this post office every week. This post office never scans any of the dropped packages and most of the packages are delayed because they dont send out the packages from the post office itself. Why do they hold the packages at their location? In the last six months, they lost three of my packages and broke two boxes. I used other post office at least 15 years while I was in Virginia, I never had any bad experiences. Manager at this Frisco location never even tries to help the customers and his response always was very rude. Recently, I left a package on their desk on Saturday, at 12.05 PM, the box has shipping label and it was ready to go, there were already some others boxes left before 12.00 pm on the desk and there were customers waiting in the queue. Manager came out very promptly grabbed my box from the desk and said he is going to hold it until Monday and send it out only on Monday because 12.00 pm was the closing time and I left the box on the desk 5 minutes after the closing time. I used other post offices for 15 years, but I never saw this kind of behavior from the post office staff.

This post office and their personnel are always nice and I have done business here since 2009. Other post offices make you get back in line to fill out forms, not here. Step aside and fill out and get your place back. I am on crutches and couldnt bend over to get my mail out of bottom box without hurting myself...they happily went and retrieved it for me. I havent ever experienced any rude or bad behavior of the workers. They are stressed as many places that are understaffed...but dont show it to the customers.

Never had worse service in my life There may be people working for the Post Office who give a d*** about customer service, but none of them work here. Oh, and while I am at it, try to get any kind of help from the robot lady at 1-800-ASK-USPS. Never had any kind of luck there either. Sad to see the Postal System circling the drain and no one caring enough to do anything about it.

Its amazing just how rude and unhelpful the staff is at this post office. They dont listen, interrupt when you are trying to explain something to them, and generally do not care if your postal needs are met. The US Postal Service should be ashamed to have such a poor customer service staff.

The one time I try to use this location, it was to pay my PO Box fee in the standard USPS postage-paid envelope. Did my check clear? Nope...its LOST! Had to spend $25 to place a stop payment, AND then had to pay it by credit card. UGH!! Wont be placing my trust in this place ever again.

There are many issues with this branch. Not stocked with Priority Mail, labels, forms, and packing materials. Dirty and messy. Staff is uninformed on what Priority Materials other branches have. I will travel further to go to a better branch.

Rude staff, an Asian guy who still thinks that he is still in Asia. No supplies, so have to pick something else and pay extra unnecessarily. Would drive 10 miles more rather going back to this store again....
