Mike lost our package and lied to me about USPS picking it back up. After countless days/hours trying to sort this out USPS told me they never picked the package back up and they had no reason to. I even went to the local post office and they confirmed the package is still there. Mike was very rude to me and would not let me speak to a manager. Second there was another packaged marked "delivered" which Mike lost prior to this again. He claimed it never arrived but 2 weeks later he said it just arrived. The next day later another employee was working and could not find it. The next day after that Mike told me if we do not pick up the package before 12:00 he will give it back to USPS which they do not have again. I believed Mike stole my expensive outdoor equipment and I have no way to contact the manager. All the other employees are very polite. If the owner is reading this please contact me ASAP.

So far so good...I just opened a PO box with these guys, and was actually surprised. The ease of getting everything set up and working with the people here was so great compared with the government run post office. Getting things set up with Eagle Postal was so easy, in fact, that I kind of wonder if theyre legitimate, and how easy it would be for me to set up my own postal center- because thats what its like. Business at Eagle Postal has the feel of doing business at a family run store. Ill come back and update if I have any problems here...12/12/16
