Ive been coming here for a while only getting my haircut by one person he seems to know what hes doing and weve developed a good rapport at this point. As for the service of the others that work there I would not recommend this place whatsoever. The last time I had my haircut by someone other than the guy normally go to my mustache was crooked I had a chunk taking out of the side by my temple and when I called the guy on it he said I was seeing things and still tried to charge me full price after taking over an hour to do a simple trim. I just walked in today August 21st sat down for about 10 minutes there was one person working who was just finishing up with a client didnt look at me didnt say anything he finished with his client then continued his conversation with his friend again not recognizing I was there. I was sitting on the a few feet from them, the customer service was horrendous I got up slowly started walking out the door again the man working nor his friend said a word to me. They absolutely just lost a customer I will not be back.

Customer service absolutely sucks..it never used to be like that. I came in at 645, signed in and sat down. There were 3 barbers with a person in each chair. No one else waiting but me. Before I know it, its 730 and they finally acknowledge me for the first time only to say "we are not taking any more today". Sat there for 45 minutes waiting and listening to the barbers talk to eachother about bullshit instead of cutting and doing their job. They lost a customer. Place is a joke now.

Came in on Wednesday July 12th just passed 6PM. Says open till 8PM. Was told nobody was there by someone outfront, But that, "Jesse will be back." Waited until 6:30 for a guy carrying McDonalds with his girlfriend waiting inside. He tells me itll have to wait until tomorrow. Annoyed that I came out of my way to this specific barbershop that Ive heard about, was left disappointed with a lack of customer service, or respect for business. Wont be back.

Looking for a new modern very chill barbershop the cut is def it. Multiple barber chairs for all types men women and children. Has a family lounge type of feel to it, dan my barber does phenomenal fade work. Highly recommend gettin your hair cut here from now on.

This place is GHETTTTTOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! They smoke weed in the shop..illegal activity ..during and after hours. They will jack a price up just to get over on people. Fixed up the shop but the parking lot has pot holes everywhere. Straight hood.

Moved to Tampa area a little over a year ago and it was hard to find a good barbershop initially. I finally stumbled on In The Cut after 4 or 5 other places and a year later Im still coming back. Best shop around. Nice people and a nice shop

Ive been here twice and this is the best fade Ive ever gotten. I got Ray, or they call him Mr. Ray and he took his time and made it perfection. I would def recommend this place to someone who wants a good haircut and not just a buzz.

I dont usually come here but it is pretty much the only fade shop in area thats open on Sundays. For that alone 5 stars!!! Every barbershop should be open on Sunday no questions asked. In The Cut keep it up ya know what ya doing.

Got there at 945 with sign saying it opened at 10. Didnt open til 1015 and then then I got skipped by 2 people who showed up after me, then for the hat trick I got a 40 minute below average cut.

Great atmosphere for children and adults. Brandon is our favorite barber he takes his time and gives great cuts. In my opinion gives the best fades in the Tampa Bay Area.

J3 & Brandon are the best and seem to be the most experienced barbers in the shop. Try other barbers at your own risk. Consider yourself warned. Great atmosphere though
