Did not have a good experience. What I asked for was a trim around the ears, neck, and bangs and thats it. What I got was all that plus two inches off the sides, which I had been trying to grow out for the past six month, and one side around the sideburns was at about a half inch while the other side was closer to two inches. Im not going back there anytime soon.
