Two times in a row I have used the Clearwater location on 580 (old and new location) and my orders were screwes up both times. The first time they gave some of my clothes to someone else. The second time, they put my clothes with a different name and they were lost for a few hours. Cathy, whom did everything she could, advised me that her supervisor would call me when she figured out what was going on. Cathy then called me and advised me an hour later explaining the issue. I then suggested my clothes for free for the inconvenience, she said she would have her supervisor call me. Cathy AGAIN called me back and said the only thing she could do is 20%.. This is BAD BUSINESS!!

Absolutely the most expensive dry cleaning bill I have ever had!!!! I will NEVER go there ever again! Standard dry cleaning of my suits were $18 per suit!!!! Plus the work was mediocre at best!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
