I will never go there again. I took a plum colored coat there, because I was told by them last year that I needed a new zipper, but they could not find that color. So I broke down and took it in and told them specifically to replace the zipper with a black one. The price was $34.95. Went to pick my coat up, of course it was covered in plastic, paid for it, then lifted the plastic to look at it. I was shocked to see the same zipper and the mechanical device replaced. Happy in a way that it was done and sad because I paid $34.95, and she actually took my payment from my debit card and said she could not issue me a refund and she was there alone. So then she said that she would speak to the manager that night and he would call me the next day. No phone call, so I called her and she said he would not be in until 3 or 4pm and he would call me. That day went by so I went to the Cleaners and she said I told you he dont come in until 3 or 4pm. So I called at 4:35pm and she said oh he said that you get a refund, and I could get it as long as I was there before 5pm because thats when they closed. I was really disgusted when she pulled out a $20 a handed it to me. So that meant $15.95 to replace the mechanical device. The following week I went across the street to Metro Cleaners and asked them how much would they charge for just the mechanical device replaced on my coat and they said $5. I was pissed.

Dont waste your time nor money at this cleaners. The people are incompetent and rude. They messed up a patch on my jacket placed it upside down instead of right side up. Could careless of the fact I needed the same day. Told me to come back another day 5 days later to pick it up. Then expect me to pay full price. They deserve 0 stars! Awful place! Stay away!

Liked it, they were good, the only problem is listening that they have..If you tell them too specific of a detail on something, they will probably get it wrong. :/
