....I wanted to get my jeans,some of my work suits,and 2 robes......we couted everthing together 3x....3 TIMES....it was 23 pieces.....(there were 4 two peice suits....she told me that she would count them together as one...So my son went in to pick up the clothes.....nd he comes out nd tells me that there are 31 pieces.....i said "huh"...he replied "she said 31 pieces".....so i came in and she started to raise her voice towards me and i told her that it was her mistake and she lost a very good coustomer and she said what....i told her "i come to a dry cleaners @ least 4 times a month" and then i swore on my life to never return and use their dry cleaning services!!!((A VERY UnHappy Coustomer))

Horrible! Did a bunch of items there and wasnt happy with any of it. My black pants came back with the exact marks I took them in with. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They are so rude. When you walk in read the signs on the wall. They are so rude and inconsiderate Im surprised they are still in business. One sign says "Poor Planning On Your Part Does Not Constitute An Emergency On Mine". What?! I will never ever go there again. Both times I went there were 2 different ladies and both were so rude!!

Although this is a small store and sometimes difficult to find a parking spot, the ladies are very kind. The service is efficient and all of our clothing comes back looking fantastic.

BEWARE!!! Ruined my cocktail dress! Refused to reduce the price after her mistake, and instantly threatened to call the police if I walked out. Horrible customer service! BEWARE!!!
