Where do I begin? I came across Doll Bros. and gave them a call to see if they would even be willing to take a job I had for them. My mom recently purchased a home in a 55+ community and the previous owner definitely left their mark on the carpets. Absolutely FILTHY. I assumed all carpet needed to be ripped out and replaced, but wanted to see if it could be salvaged at all. Not only did Don show up on time and ready (on his day off, I might add), but he told me options of what could be done and ultimately ended up cleaning the entire house on the same day! If Don had any hesitations on cleaning the carpet, he certainly didnt show it and did an absolute FANTASTIC job on the carpets. I would have never thought he could get it back to the level he got the carpet back to. A+ all around for Don and Doll Bros. Very professional top notch folks!

We have 2 dogs & 1 cat. Our carpets got pretty trashed when our senior dog became incontinent. We had traveled cross country to move to FL & none of the animals have had a bath for months. The dirt & oils from the animals added to the mess. We were fortunate to meet Sarah of Doll Bros at a networking event and learned about their service & the unique system that they designed. Needless to say, we had them come clean and we were blown away. The carpets looked like new again. The smell was gone. Their equipment gets down in to the pads. And their system doesnt leave the carpets soaked for days. The carpets were dry in 1 hour. Now that just put icing on the cake. Their service is exceptional and affordable. I highly recommend Doll Bros. You wont be disappointed.

They always strive to make their customers satisfied and they do not cut corners. They have cleaned our tile and grout in several homes and we have been very satisfied every time. The grout looked so good after their efforts that it looked new again. Wow! "Night and day!" Thats the difference in how our carpet throughout the house looked between the time the Doll Brothers team arrived early this morning and when they completed the job a few hours later! The carpet truly looks brand new...like the day we moved in! Even the four corners of the dining room which are the dogs favorite spots to cozy up and sleep! Their cleaning system is great, and doesnt leave carpets soaking wet or even damp! These folks are professional, courteous and experts at what they do! So I have been told Im somewhat of a clean freak. When I called Doll Bros. they quoted me a minimum. As a home-grown Vermonter, I was taken aback (we tend to be a bit frugal). Heard about them through the Pinelllas County Chamber of Commerce and given they were a family business, I gave them a try. Wow!!! Never has a carpet service spent as much time and care on my carpet as they did. The owner actually showed up. Impressive. As my Dad always said, "you pay for what you get". I would highly recommend them. Hands down folks.

This is the second time I have had the Doll Brothers. I have never had a company in my home that I have been happier with their service. They are prompt, helpful, careful, polite, and everything else anyone would want in a company. Ive been using the services of Doll Brothers over 2 years, and they are the most professional, respectful and thorough carpet cleaners Ive ever used. As the owner of a pet service company who boards animals in my home, my furniture and rugs get a beating from "accidents" from clients and my own 6 animals. After Doll Brothers gets done cleaning my home, you cant tell theres one animal in the house, let along 6+. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to give new life to there carpet, rugs or furniture.

We have used Doll Brothers twice and both times it was a great experience. The cleaning is done by one of the Doll family members who couldnt be nicer. The carpets are like new when cleaned by Doll. They are also very dry unlike other carpet cleaning services that use a lot of water that leaves your carpet wet for hours. They also apply ScotchGuard and a deodorizer as part of the cleaning process. I would highly recommend Doll Brothers to anyone.

I just had DOLL BROTHERS clean my mobile home light beige carpet. I was worried that I might have to replace it entirely! But what a job, the carpet looks like NEW! They were efficient and the whole experience was painless....by the way Dad and daughter were some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I will be using them again to keep my carpet going for another 10 yrs. Finally got a break & was able to save some money!

We had a really good experience with the Doll Bros Carpet Cleaning Service. They showed up on time, worked quickly, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. We were moving into our house and needed the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived and they were accommodating. They have the best carpet cleaning technology out there, so our carpets were really cleaned, not just wet. I would recommend them to anyone.
