I asked for my shirts to be dry cleaned and to have the collars with a medium stiffness. I brought the clothes home and noticed that they werent cleaned thoroughly and the collars were not starched! I stopped by to tell them I was not pleased and what had happened and they said "so sorry". They did not offer my money back or to clean them again. I told the lady that I would never be back and she smiled, so obviously they do not need the business, so I would recommend to go somewhere else!

I brought three suit skirts in to be altered that were absolutely ruined. The clients opinion is the one that matters on alternations, contrary to the seamstresss opinion considering she repeatedly told me they fit appropriately until I finally gave up and left. She had them for over a week knowing I needed them before I moved, and she offered absolutely no apology that I was unhappy and did not offer to correct them. I absolutely would not even take a shirt into get a button sewn on.

Worst dry cleaner around. I brought my 6 dress shirts there and they were barely clean, they still had the dog and cat hair all over them. The collars were not starched, even though I paid for them. I showed the lady this at the front desk, who owns the place, and she said they were cleaned and there was nothing she was going to do. After a report to the BBB, 3 months later, she offered to clean my shirts again, NO THANKS!! Waste of money

Had a large winter coat altered here. There was a big hole underneath the arm, and they sewed it up no problem! It looks like it never even happened. They also didnt charge much for it! Im very impressed
