I contacted Dublin Cleaners about their wedding gown cleaning and preservation and the manager, Margaret, contacted me right away and was great with giving me all the information. She was very helpful and super friendly when scheduling me to bring my dress in. I brought my wedding dress to the Dublin Cleaners plant location back in January to get it cleaned and preserved and just received it back last week. Dublin Cleaners did a great great job with my wedding dress. I had a small stain on the body of the dress and some dirt on the bottom from pictures and dancing and they were able to get all the stains out with no problem. The preservation box was much bigger than expected, but I did have a long train :) The dress looked so great in the box with my veil and garter. They also supplied gloves for handling the dress if and when it is opened and a really nice note attached to the box for care, cleaning and the life time guarantee which was really nice and personable. My only complaint would be how low the dress was in the box, it sat about half way down the view window so the top half was mostly my veil and I would have liked to see more of the dress in the view window. Also the garter was connected to the side of the box so you cant see it in the view window, but none of that was really discussed beforehand so all-in-all they did a really great job and I would definitely recommend them.

Had a single pair of pants cleaned. Obviously its more expensive than other places that dont deliver, but thats to be expected. Great creases and very clean pants. HOWEVER, I test every dry cleaner I use on the very first trip. I leave 5 dollars in the back pocket with nothing else. Then I button it closed so it cant fall out and would have to be removed on purpose. Unfortunately, my pants came back without the 5er in the pocket or in an envelope like most other dry cleaners will do. I can only assume it was pocketed. 2 stars for stealing my 5er I STAND CORRECTED! Either the GM saw this review and pulled 5 bucks out of his/her wallet and stuck it in a lost item envelope or I posted this review too soon. I came into work today to a lost item envelope from New Albany Cleaners on my desk with my 5er in it. 5 Stars!

Dublin Cleaners is a wonderful company. That is not to say that "everything is perfect"; but if there is a problem, they jump on it right away. I give them 4 out of 5 stars for the dry cleaning. I give my route driver, Travis, 5 stars. He is very courteous and always has reached out to me if he has a problem or question. He has also made himself available if I have a problem or question as well. Overall a 5-star experience in my dealings with Dublin Cleaners.

I came in last minute to get a couple items dry cleaned and returned within 24 hours- Tracy went the extra mile to ensure I could get my items back in time by calling to confirm the delivery schedule and that she could push my items to the front of the line so I could get them back in time the next morning! I needed them for a business meeting and she pulled it off for me and I just wanted to call out the great customer service at New Albany Cleaners!!

Dublin cleaners is the best but my delivery driver Travis makes it special. He always looks to see if there is anything hanging on the porch waiting for him to pick up. After my surgery I thought I would have to call and restart my service, but Travis had been watching. Everything is always picked up and delivered when expected and cleaned pressed and covered against the weather. You cant be the service (especially with Travis).

My experience with New Albany Cleaners was very positive. Service was friendly and quick. The only issue I had was that a pair of pants I brought in was missing when I picked up the garments. They were able to locate the pants after a few days and there was no issue with the garment, however it was slightly frustrating that not everything was available when they said it was completed. Otherwise, great experience!

I had my wedding gown cleaned and I was amazed at how clean New Albany Cleaners was able to get it! It had a huge red raspberry stain on the back and it was completely gone! My dress was satin so every spill showed and they were all gone! Thank you New Albany Cleaners for an amazing experience! They always return my clothes to me promptly and most of the time, get the stains out completely on some of my favorite items. Theyll also come to your house for pick up services if you are a regular dry cleaning customer.

This was my first experience ever dry cleaning my jacket. My jacket was 2 years old, red wool and didnt look so well. I dropped my jacket off and wasnt holding my breath on the results. I was shocked to receive a beautiful, new looking jacket. I will definitely be coming back with many more jackets. Great work!
