Terrible, Rude, Useless, No Customer Service, Guarantee is a lie, and they blamed their destruction of my coat on my girlfriend and I. I have seen street merchants selling clothes out of shopping carts who stand behind their product more than this business, offer a better refund policy too. I dropped off my nice winter coat to get dry cleaned after it got some mud on it while changing a tire. We were not told that all work on the coat would be "at our own risk" because it had some mud on it. Had we been told that we would have taken the coat to a more knowledgable cleaners. Not only did they destroy the coat (shrunk it more than two sizes), the manager also said that they performed multiple services and "only" charged us for one of them. As if I should feel LUCKY that they only charged me once to destroy my coat. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their clothes back in wearable condition.

horrible ownership!! employee did a great job on my order with a coupon. Owner decided to ignore coupon, not call me, and charge twice as much. when a company has your phone number and there is an issue, they can call yo,u not rip you off on the amount when the order is done. AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!. all for $3. NEVER AGAIN. Nice bankruptcy filing in the Dispatch too. Wont be there long is my bet. Go elsewhere

Ive used this cleaning location for over 10 years. I recently had an issue with a garment that was severely altered after going through normal processing at the cleaners. The manager of the location was extremely accommodating and customer focused. The manager even contacted the store where the garment was purchased. Needless to say things worked out well. 5 stars for going above and beyond expectations.

This is awful customer service and management! Not only very rude but this business lost 2 pairs of mens dress pants ($60.00 per pair) and tried to cover it up and act like I never brought them in for cleaning. Then said they would cut a check and has not given to me for 3 weeks and avoiding phone calls. Also has not refunded the charge of the cleaning. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
