Worst customer service ever. First time customer. Connor Cleaners did a horrible job ironing after was assured they could do it properly. Was also double charged (paid up front for part of order) then upon picking up entire order charged me for entire order even what was paid up front. They say the first receipt does not say paid in full. That is correct, I paid for the pants up front not the shirt laundering part of the bill. Said he had video proof that I never paid but refused to show video proof that i did not pay. Got rude and verbally combative and has NO concept of customer service. Never raise your voice in a store. Handle yourself like a professional. Would rate zero stars if that was a possibility.

We took pants there end of May and they already came apart Went there to see if they would fix them and the answer was No! Horrible customer service! Will never go back! If they would have just offered to fix their horrible job in the first place I would have been ok but they made a bad situation worse!
