Ruined my cashmere sweaters. Says she will send them to a lab to determine if she ruined them, but can not tell me the name of the "lab" last week. Now says she has no responsibility for clothing ruined by her store it is the brands fault. The staff we rude & never answer the phone even when calling from your car in front of the store, they just ignore the phone. I had to dive in 2 times to get my sweaters back ruined. Will file in small claims court. The brands were Joie brand & Philosophy and have been dry cleaned before no problems. All 3 of my sweaters had 3 " of length added to the sleeves. OK if I were a chimp.

I have never experienced such poor workmanship in any business I have ever used. I have taken clothes to this cleaners 4-5 times. Every time there has been a problem...sleeves not ironed, wrinkles ironed into garments, pants pressed without a crease. I will never go back again. If you want your clothes to look nice...find another cleaners. I know that it is a reasonable price, but that isnt much of a service when you have to press everything again when it gets home. Believe me, its not a savings!!!!

On average I spend 20/week with them for over 2 years. They torn a sweater and ripped a shirt on the sleeve and have returned shirts with some type of spot all over them. I understand you sacrifice somethings when paying less but they always claimed we didnt do this. The sleeve was not attached to the shirt. Would have been notice when I turned the shirt in or during the pressing cycle. Would and will never return and have told family and friends the same thing.

I brought my blazer to Capri dry cleaners and they pressed it the way it should not be. I told them the blazer should be press same way I had before always. They agreed with me and said come back next week. I came back multiple times and they still didnt press the way it should be. I finally grabbed my blazer and took another dry cleaners and they pressed the blazer lines exact way from the factory. Employees of Capri dry cleaners are careless and disrespectful.

New ownership since October 2010. They have really turned the place around. They take pride in their work, are confident and up front with their service, keep an immaculate store and do an overall great job. The past owners didnt have a clue what customer service was all about...not these people. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The best local cleaners and a bargain at only $1.99 per piece, with same day service, too!

Their price has recently gone up to $1.99 per garment. But its still a bargain compared to most drycleaners, and they have frequent coupons in the local direct mailers for 25 to 50 cents off per garment. Ive had good experiences with drycleaning, mediocre experiences with laundered shirts - not pressed well, and theyve knocked off a button or two. But overall, would recommend. I only wish they had a location more convenient to Clintonville/downtown.

Capri Cleaners lost my items. Owner advised me that she is understaffed and didnt have time to look for my items. Also, she has several customers who complain of lost items and while she apologizes that my items are lost, she will try to look for them later. Never again…..I experienced the triple 3: • Lack customer service (from the Owner) • Lack of best inventory practices • Out of money twice (purchase of clothes and paid dry cleaning)

They lost a beloved ski hat then claimed I had never turned it in even though the claim ticket said I had turned in three items and received only two in return. Owner claimed that a mistake had been made on the ticket and refused to do anything. ICK, ICK ICk place for business. Not worth the saving.

Jen the owner takes creat pride in her work and business. The turn around time and price is the best in town. I strongly recommend this company for all your dry cleaning needs. If you've used them before and were not happy try again the company has changed hands several times.

Worst dry cleaners in Westerville. Lost items and owner has NEVER responded to phone calls or emails. Have stopped in three times but no response from her. Reported to Better Business Bureau. Poor customer service, poor service, and poor way to run a business. Stay away.

Never had any problems. Cant beat the price. Not sure I would trust them with anything extremely expensive, or of sentimental value, but for everyday dry cleaning and laundering (suits, shirts, dresses and trousers, mostly), I have found them to be a good bargain.

Dont take your clothes here, service is terrible and they leave you clothes smelling bad. The co owner needs to take customer service training on how to talk to customers. Ghetto place. This place should not be in Westerville. Yuck !
