Swan cleaners initially had an alure for my wife and I, being that it was good distance from our home and we could wash and dry for a meager $3.50. But, one thing I cant tolerate no matter where I go is discriminatory people. My wife and I both being black people of Islamic faith used to frequent this venue as paying customers. The last time I arrived to pick her up, I did so with our newborn kitten (as many other patrons of this laundry business do). Unfortunately we were met with extreme and iron opposition. I have never seen used this kind of anger and resentment used towards other paying customers. There are no signs at this laundry that restrict the accompaniment of pets of any kind. Yet, these two black women hooted and hollered in an irate, disrespectful fashion towards us about our cat. Minutes later they then threatened and called the police. I must say this was one of the most bizarre interactions I have ever been involved in. Frankly the staffs behavior was highly perturbing my wife and I and the police were no better. If pets are not allowed at an establishment like the laundry we should receive written notice upon entry. Otherwise it makes people feel as though they have been discriminated against, as we were when aggressively approached. After this Interaction I would never return to this establishment again, due to its "ghetto" lack of professional communication and its prejudice workers.

If there was an option for less than one star I would rate them that. Normally when I come here I get great service!!! But for some odd reason every time I come in during the week I get the same rude black lady that says I cant wash my clothes here and if I dont leave she will call the police and yelling. Now any other time like on the weekend or I dont have that lady Im perfectly fine and I get to wash my clothes. But in the last month and a half every time I ran into this lady she threatens to call the police and says I cant wash. This is the third or fourth time she has did this to me and the last time which is today I stood up to her and asked her why but sadly I still left because Im not big on having confrontation with anyone and try to respect that she was a lady for number two. But at the end of the day you still have a job to do and what did I ever do to you? Im honest, nice, respectful, I come in a respectful time to wash and what do I get? I get rude service everytime I get her and cant wash my clothes. Sorry but those is not toward any other staff but I seen her do it to other people she need to get fired.

Go anywhere but here!!! First, they charged me twice because they lost their own paperwork. Second, when I dropped off my clothes this woman (long gray ponytail, very unattractive), who may be the manager and if not she acts like it, was unbelievably rude. I was being helped by a different employee and it was going just fine until that woman felt the need to interject her nasty attitude. When I came to pick up my clothes she was even more unprofessional and rude. It is absolutely not worth the hassle, price, or frustration to use this business.

Horrible!!!!! Dont waste your money!!! The management is horrible and rude, I believe her name is Stacy! I had TWO washers that ruined my clothes and was instructed to come back the morning after to get a refund, so I did. When getting in, STACY was very rude and unapologetic! I only received a $3 refund and I spent over $20! Just horrible!

They have a large number of machines and dryers are free. The washers are $3.50, $5.00, and $10.00 for a single, double, or triple load respectively. Some of the dryers are often out of service, but most work well. It gets really busy in the evenings and weekend afternoons. The best time to go is in the morning or early afternoon.

The attendants focus was more on her self she shut down early took money from someone that was just trying to dry their clothes when the dryers were free she rushed me out saying that if its not drying fast enough use this dryer and it was only 740 u close at 10 very unprofessional and no hint of customer service

Free dryers with a wash. But the staff really hassle you here about how many times you dry. If the dryers worked I wouldnt have to use them so many times. Crappy service from a mediocre cleaners. I wont be returning.

This place has recently become increasingly unprofessional. The dryers barely work, washers have gone up and the customer service has gone down.

Cheap dryers and they do real good. Why go to Sc wash and tan and get ripped off 25 cents a dryer and their dryers dont even work good.

Hours on line is wrong some of the dryer dont dry correctly an the washer dont wash ur cloth rite, but the staff r ok very help full
