Below is how this business treats (former) loyal customers for many years, completely disrespectful and offensive. The owner directly messaged me on Yelp after the post saying "There is a big sign in the lobby that says dont leave in plastic we are really good at what we do so please make up your own mind thank you." Not very constructive or helpful to a dissatisfied customer: RESPONSE TO MY 1/27/17 POST: "Comment from Charles P. of Dry Cleaning Station Business Owner 2/22/2017 We cleaned this coat almost 2 years ago reason for that discoloration it was left in plastic for 2 years probably in a moist environment we did nothing wrong this was almost 2 years ago" The statement from the owner above is absolutely not true. I am a busy person, and did take a few months to bring in the jacket for fixing, but certainly not YEARS. The same goes for leaving a jacket in plastic - this simply did not happen and I always take my clothes out of the plastic when I get home (moist environment - do I live in a rainforest?). I find this response very offensive for how accusatory a business is against a customer, who was a frequent one for many years, with never having a single issue prior to this one. Certainly not how I would show appreciation for (former) repeat customers. Charles - I thank you, however, for directly contacting (at) me, through passive aggressive means. This is the first contact/response Ive ever heard from you directly, after I asked your employees multiple times to get in contact with you directly, and physically came to the store and left my information requesting for you to contact me. Finally, if there IS a risk of discoloration for customers clothing if they DO leave the plastic on, wheres the warning sign on the plastic or metal hanger that lays out this risk? I know Ive never been told by one of the employees that this risk of permanent damage to clothing exists. And I wonder if this is outlined anywhere in a reimbursement policy of the business (which I was never shown while at the business). No need for further explanation of my opinion of this business. Use your discretion. ORIGINAL POST FROM 1/29/17: Irresponsible, disrespectful, and terrible customer service on the managers part. Been a customer here myself for about 8 years, and my parents for close to 20. Never had a complaint with my items until I took one of my suit jackets in, when I took it home and found a bleach-like stain on the side and the shoulder. Took it back in, and the employees were just as confused as I as to what the cause was. Was told they would confer with the manager and call me with a solution. About 2 weeks later, I got a call where it was suggested that I was the cause of the stain for leaving my jacket in the plastic too long (Im sorry, I forgot that they have a warning label on the plastic stating not to do that. Oh wait, they dont). I said that was impossible, and I was interested in reimbursement if they couldnt treat it. I was told that I would get a call from the manager soon. THREE WEEKS later, and no phone call from the manager, I went into the store to get reimbursement or take my jacket back. I was told that because I took too long to bring the jacket back in to get the stain treated, there was nothing they could do, and it was essentially my fault for the damage. I told the staff that the manager could call me if he wanted one last time in attempt to save a customer and years of business, no call. Terrible service, and never how a customer should be treated.

***ATTENTION*** I dropped off my coat at the end of Sep (or early Oct) for dry cleaning (Its Dec now). When I received my coat, the fur around hood got completely fried and destroyed. I was very disappointed and frustrated to get ruined item back when I asked them to do dry clean. I took it back to dry cleaning station for replacement and they said they will have to send it to a third party and it will be back next monday. And it has been over 2 months since I didnt get my coat back. By the time one month has already passed, I kindly asked them to return it without getting it replaced because I felt that its going to take forever and I needed it due to cold weather. Even though I asked them to just return it, I dont know what takes them forever get it back to me. I called them yesterday to speak to the representative who has dealt with it (Tammy), shes been avoiding me saying shes busy, shes with other customer, shes in the meeting and go home right away afterwards. I dont know what happened to my coat (feel like they lost it or something) and extremely felt being ignored. I have also talked to Charles (owner) to ask when I can get it back like last month, he yelled at me through the phone that hes busy and he doesnt know (And said Im being picky. I was like WTF??? Do you even know what picky means..?) . If the owner who is in charge of everything doesnt know, whos responsible for it? What kind of business owners do that to his customer? and hes not the only one whos busy I am, too. I am now more than frustrated, mad, and so over it. The only thing I wish is to get my coat back and let them know that they should not behave like that when they said their utmost philosophy is to satisfy their customers. Its going to be a thumbs-down decision if you choose to drop off your clothes there unless you want to wait for your clothes like 2 months and get stressed out to the max) P.S. Go educate yourselves for the better business please.

I will never go back and I will not stop posting complaints until I get what Im entitled to. This message concerns complaint ID 10688767 submitted on 6/26/2015 11:38:10 AM against Dry Cleaning Station. I created a yelp account just so I can share my experience when I came here. I have had a few issues here and there but I was never more upset with any business in my life. I want to make this short and clear. Im sure theyre great people and they do get cleaning done for others most of the time. But in my case it was horrible I dropped off my dress to be dry cleaned on 6/18/2015 at Dry Cleaning Station, the customer service representative told me "if we need to send it to a specialist we will contact you because it has a metal/silver part on. If we dont send it out to be cleaned else where then it should be ready 6/22/2015 at 3:00 pm." When I dropped it off It had brown spots here and there. Days have passed I didnt receive a call so I assumed it didnt need to be sent anywhere for important attention. I didnt have enough time to go pick it up until 6/25/2015 due to my work schedule. When I went to pick it up the representative said "its not ready yet" and puts it on the counter. It looked like the material shrunk and there was a white spot about 2-3 inches big on the bottom and other little ones around it. I dont know what kind of product they used but it seemed as if the chemical took the color out and was possibly bleached. I told the representative my dress is damaged (as she agreed with a head nod) and I would like to speak to the owner. She says "he was the one cleaning it I will contact him and he will call you a.s.a.p." He then calls me about an hour later, denying that he damaged it. Claiming he didnt do the damaged (as he was yelling at me). My dress was purchased April 16th 2015 two days prior from my birthday; the dress cost me $160.00. I asked him to reimburse me the cost of the dress. He didnt agree so.
