Overall, I had a bad experience involving this location, the store on Sinclaire Rd, & the "fur-vault" store on Dublin Rd. I was trying to get an estimate on dry cleaning my living room drapes and had received two different price quotes between the Dublin Rd. store and the Sinclair Rd. store. I first called the lady at the Fifth Ave store to ask about an estimate to have my drapes cleaned & she asked me to bring the curtains to her for review so she can make a proper estimate. That evening, I did drive the drapes to that location as she asked which turned out to be a waste of time and gas because she was not able to give me an estimate and had spent a lot of time making phone calls to other stores trying to get the proper estimate amount figured out. This store associate at the 5th ave location was the only one working and a line was forming behind me, she continued to help other customers while holding on the phone with the store regarding my drapes. After waiting an hour and not getting anywhere, she tells me its best to take the drapes to the store that actually cleans them for a proper estimate! She did not tell me on the phone when I called her prior to going that their location wont be the actual store that cleans theM. By that time it was 6pm & the store on Sinclair Rd. where I needed to take them had just closed! I couldve just taken the drapes to that store in the first place instead of already wasted time and gas dealing with this location! I am not sure why she had me bring the drapes to her instead of the proper store that cleans them. I left the store with my drapes and just decided to drive to the Sinclair Road store the next day and arrived at this location with my drapes right before 2pm on a business day. To my surprise, the lady working at this store had informed me that the person who can help me had already left for the day and she had asked me to bring my drapes back the next morning & I said I work and cannot come back the next morning! At this point, I was disgusted with the service and she offered for me to leave my drapes there and she had written a note for the lady who is best at giving estimates to call me back the next day. Since I was already there, I went ahead and left my drapes for review and drove home. I never got a call back and had to call them again the next day & the lady said she just got there and that she will call me back in a half an hour because she had other things to do first! She did call me back half an hour later and gave me an estimate for the drapes which was like $141 which seems reasonable because there were 64 pleats total between the 3-piece curtains which makes it expensive pretty much anywhere you go. I had asked if there was going to be any kind of compensation applied for all my time and gas wasted. The lady at this Sinclaire Rd. location said that only the corporate office could help me with that so I called the corporate office and explained my entire story and I ended up having to leave a message for "Sue Moore". Sue called me back and I was able to tell her my exact story and she was very apologetic and understanding and was the most helpful person I had encountered at this point. She honored a 25% off promotion and had the drapes shipped back to the Fifth Avenue store after they were cleaned to save me from having to drive back to the Sinclair Road store. So I do appreciate that Sue had made it right and that she was providing feedback to everybody but I wanted to share this experience for anyone else that might be considering getting their drapes cleaned with Swan cleaners.

Initially, I thought it would be a good experience.... boy I was wrong. I dropped off two suits to be dry cleaned on Friday (approx. $13 each). I was pleased when they said that they could be ready the next day because I was going to an out of town wedding and needed them right away. I showed up the next day and my wife ran into get them. 15 min later when she did not come out I went it. The person working behind the counter was a "substitute employee" filling in for someone. She was still helping the one customer in front of my wife. Finally, she got to us..... She could not find my suits. I pointed and said, "Are they right over there? Those look like mine". 5 min later, she said that we would just have to wait until Monday to receive the suits because she could not find them. Obviously, this was unacceptable. She continued to look and even called the manager who did not answer. Then she allowed us to go into the back and search for my suits. They were right where I pointed.... When I got the suits I saw they were covered in white hair like fibers, but I was happy to actually have my suits for the wedding. Needless to say we will not be back, We payed and left.

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady was super rude and unfriendly. Said I was "making Her job hard" for pulling up a groupon. Didnt ask me about starch or anything. $3.09 for one shirt!!! For them to have it done one week later! $35 for 10 shirts is not worth the service I received. I would have left if I could get a refund from groupon. DO NOT GO HERE! I normally go to GRAVES CLEANERS but I thought the groupon would be worth the change.

It was the worst experience and below it is why. We had one of our jackets damaged, and we asked for a return. At first they pushed us from one manager to another, but then they said that they will give us a refund for the cleaning cost only.Unfortunately they did not keep their word and did not refund us. We had to file a claim with our bank to get the money back. Please dont do business with them.

I needed to have my suits pressed the same day I was leaving on a business trip and I was able to go to the this location and it was completed in less than 20 minutes. I was also running late and when I called they assured me they would stay late to ensure I would be served. Truly first class.
