I brought my wedding dress here to have it preserved. First when I dropped it off the young man that waited in me said they would call me with an estimate of the cost. They never called and when I stopped back in 2 weeks later they said they had entered my phone # wrong in the computer, minor mistake. I approved the estimate, $250, had them correct my # and was told they would call me when it was done. I asked them if I needed a ticket to pick it up and the man that waited on me said no. 3 weeks later I went back to the shop, they had no record of my dress preservation. I explained the whole situation to the woman there and finally able to pick up my preserved dress and veil. While I have my dress and everything appears to be fine, Im a little unnerved that pretty much anyone couldve come in and taken my wedding dress if the person working was sympathetic enough. If youre getting an expensive dress taken care of, I suggest you go elsewhere!

Dropped off early Monday to have two small patches attached to garments. Attempted to pickup late Wednesday and the garments werent there. Had to wait 30 minutes while the guy had to go pick them up. If you cant make good on what you tell customers then you will find customers going elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!! They have lost my husbands work shirts 5 times. Yes they payed for a new one but its so inconvenient to do so. They are so unorganized or something I will never be coming here again.
