I literally am near tears (mostly because of principle...I understand it is material). I have patronized with this cleaners since I moved to Detroit. I brought a J. crew double-serge cotton skirt here to be cleaned; when I went to pick up my skirt there was a black mark on the skirt. The male owner asked me to leave the skirt and he would get the marks out. When I return this week to pick up the "newly cleaned" skirt it was destroyed.... The desk attendant advised for me to return today (Friday) and speak with the store owner to make it right, as the owners had been away for a funeral. The owner looked me in the face and said, "You brought this skirt like this with all the stains." Even the desk attendant knew he lied. Never ever patronize with a business that will look you in the face and lie. Please do not trust your well cared for garments at this cleaners.

Inexpensive, high-quality work done by experienced, friendly staff. I would give a full five stars if they starched and pressed my shirts like I ask, but otherwise this is probably the best dry cleaners in Midtown. Just make sure to leave a little time for ironing after you pick up your clothes.
