I took a pair of pants to Madison Square Cleaners for dry cleaning and also asked the gentleman to repair the stitching on the hem of the right pant leg. I picked up the pants and put them on the next morning only to notice the pants were almost 2 inches shorter than when I brought them in. I returned to Madison Square and politely pointed out the mistake and the owner immediately got defensive and denied any wrong doing. He stated neither he or his tailor have made a mistake in 24 years. When I asked him if he would be willing to fix the mistake he stated it would cost me another $9 to fix his error. He was abrasive and unwilling to work with me at all to correct the mistake. Terrible customer service and I will not be returning nor will I be referring anyone to them.

Top notch all the way around! I needed same-day service on a Saturday for eight dress shirts - the owner was very accommodating and took excellent care of me. I received the shirts later that afternoon, clean and pressed - just like new! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. Madison Square Cleaners will handle all of my future dry cleaning needs. Thank you again!!!
