I could not disagree more with the reviewer below. Last Friday, they ripped one of my nice long-sleeved oxford shirts. I brought it back in yesterday, still on the hangar, and showed them the huge hole they had created near the end of the sleeve. The first thing the owner suggested was that they could cut off the sleeves and make it a short-sleeved shirt. I was sure he was kidding....but no. He said that the shirt was too old (despite the fact that I got it only 3 months ago) and that it was not his fault that they had ripped a big hole in it. I asked for store credit; they refused to give me any. I asked them to replace the shirt, and they refused to do this as well. They AGAIN suggested that they could cut off the sleeves for me, which was incredibly insulting. They did not seem to care that any respectable cleaners will replace garments they ruin, or at the very least, apologize and offer some store credit. Stay away from this place. The owners seem nice at first, but you will find out otherwise when they rip your clothes.

Great customer service! After trying several different cleaners, I found New Magic. They were great during the 2 years I was in Royal Oak. Highly recommend!
