I started going to this dry cleaner and was generally pleased. They found money in my pocket, returned it. The clothes looked good, so I returned. Recently I brought in a suit with a comforter. I did not look at the receipt when I left to realize the suit was not listed on it. When I picked up the comforter, again I forgot about the suit. I called a week later to speak to the owner Matt. He said he would check, but they only had the suit listed. When I went in to speak to Matt, he basically said that I only brought in a comforter, they had no record of a suit with my order, before or after in other orders, and that was it. He did not offer an apology, try to say if anyone found an extra suit with their clothes he would call, offer to call some customers to see if they had taken home my suit. He was COMPLETELY insensitive and did not seem to care a bit. Coming from a background in customer service I know things go wrong, I was just looking for some reaction to show he was thankful for my patronage and would try to help find my suit -- I got nothing and that was not someone who worked there, that was the owner. So, I am out an expensive suit, I will find another dry cleaner and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to Quality Cleaners on Lincoln Ave!!

I am appalled by the unprofessionalism displayed by the owner and genuinely felt mistreated by his disrespectful outrage! I will never go back there again and I hope this post will prevent others from patronizing this horribly managed business! From the moment I walked in, I could tell he was upset by an unrelated situation as he became exasperated when he could not find my garment. I was simply stunned by his furry but I did not take it personally. He informed me that he did not have time to get out a stain, which was not visible until he began the cleaning process. I politely asked why I was not notified that my garment would not ready it time. He defensively exclaimed that he doesn’t have time to call “every customer.”He proceeded to yell and blame me for requesting to pick it up today. I respectfully said that I work extremely long hours, but he interrupted and yelled “join the club.” I was shocked by his behavior and couldn’t think of a response. During a previous experience, I spent quite a bit of money here and was pleased with the service. But, the person who handeled my oder was a female who was friendly and pleasant. However, after my experience today, I will never go back there again!!

My clothes are always clean and pressed. I left behind gloves in a coat, and they neatly packaged those so I knew I had them back. Overall pricing is reasonable. Its a family business thats currently run by the son. Theres a seamstress on site, who does a great job on alterations and repairs. Usually takes about a week, though shell contact you if shes running behind schedule.

I happen to live just down the street from this cleaner, which makes it quite convenient. I have not once had a problem with the service of the staff nor the quality of the cleaning. I will say that the hours make it tough for someone like me who works late. However, I manage as Im sure others can do the same.

Wonderful dry cleaners! They even called me after my husband had left a substantial amount of money in his pocket that I over looked. Its so refreshing to have HONEST people in this day and age! Thank you!!!
