Let me just tell you about my experience with Earls. Id been using them successfully for some time, but my last experience with them was handled so poorly I will not be going back to this establishment. I had dropped off a load of clothes for dry cleaning and repair. I was given a date to pick them up and when I returned on that date (with my slip) only a part of the order was ready. They asked if I wanted to take part of the order which I did. Take this as a warning friends...do not do this is they offer it up as an option. They apparently have no way to track the rest of the clothes that your leaving behind because they fully lost the rest of my order. My husband went in once afterwards to get the rest of the clothes. We thought that since we already used the cleaning slip to get some of our order previously we could get the rest by name/phone number. He waited a good 20-30 minutes while they looked before they sent him away saying to come back in again when the owner was there. We did exactly that a few weeks later and the owner had us waiting for a good 20-30 minutes before he also sent us away taking down my number to follow up with me. That was roughly 2 months ago and I think its safe to say at this point that this dude has no plans to follow up with me or resolve this. Frankly the impression I got was that he didnt even believe I had clothes there. The worst part is Im not even sure what is left because my cleaning slip is gone, but I do know for sure I lost an expensive banana republic sweater. This place clearly sucks at providing quality customer service when they mess up and make errors on their end. Ive been unsure of how to address this for months since I was literally just forgotten about. This is probably hands down one of the worst customer experiences Ive had. Great job Earls!

I have never done one of these posts before but I had to post this to notify everyone of the exceptional service I received. I recently had a suit tailored by George and he did a wonderful job on it. When I put the suit on I noticed it had a manufacturers defect on the inside completely unrelated to the tailoring George did. I was able to return the suit coat and exchanged for the exact same one and brought it back to George to be re-tailored. I told George that this was not their fault in any way and he still insisted that it is wrong I pay for additional tailoring that he was upset about the situation. Although I assured him many times I had looked into it and it had nothing to do with the tailoring he had tried many times to offer to correct the issue at no expense even though it was not their fault in any way. George even after my many times asking him to charge me full price still gave me half off of tailoring. It was one of the kindest gestures I have seen a business give and one I was not entitled to in any way. You do not find businesses like this anymore who go above an beyond for the customer so I wanted to make sure I shared my experience so Earls can benefit from the great job they are doing. They deserve it. They take care of the customer and if you are looking for a dry cleaner or tailor in this area try them first. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I had fairly new custom made drapery panels made of delicate fabric (rayon) with a cotton lining. One day I discovered a darkened area at the bottom. When I looked closely I realized it was dog urine by the smell, from my daughters bijon freise when I dog sat them months earlier. I chose Earl Cleaners because of the positive reviews. So I called an spoke to Jimmy the owner who assured me after seeing them, there would be something he could do. Even though he was 20 mins. away, it was well worth the trip. He took great care of me and brought them back to their original beauty. A shout out to the employees who are also very friendly. You do great work without charging an arm and leg.

Four stars because of minor problems with the hemming of my skirt an how it was stored. The skirt is a little longer on one side than the other-- I doubt others will notice when they see me in it, but I can tell. Also, my skirt was hung by two safety pins, which resulted in two small holes that dont want to close up (one might be a small tear). Otherwise, the quality of the stitches is good and the price was very satisfactory!

Earls Cleaners does a great job at reasonable prices. I had my wedding dress cleaned before I wore it, (vintage, 1960s), and they got it to go from a pale yellow to an almost white. All of the lace came out perfect, not to mention they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the way the garment looks. I drive WAY out of my way to come here, because they are the best in the area!

Paid $70 to have a queen down comforter, full cotton comforter and a small down throw cleaned and while they were ready on time the full size comforter smells like paint and has been completely faded of color. First time customer and with the number of options available to me I dont believe I will ever spend my money here again.

If you need something tailored, Earls Cleaners is the place to go. George (the tailor) is the best there is. Ive had him take in several dress shirts and hem two pairs of pants, and all I can say is that his work is excellent. As a bonus, the cost is extremely low, and the service is always prompt. Highly recommended.

I took a "fitted" shirt to George the tailor to have it match a much better fitting shirt I had. The result was as good as I could have hoped for. It looked totally professional, was clean and fit great. I have many more shirts to take to him based on my positive experience.

George is the best. Did the alterations to my daughters wedding dress and it was so beautiful. Have been going there for years and love the little dogs. Have never seen a dog hair on our clothes in all the years we have been going there.

I can not tell you enough how much I love Earl Cleaners! I have been taking my cleaning there for 8 years and all my tailoring is done perfectly by George. Even though I live 20minutes away now, I would never take it anywhere else!
