Louie and his family are the kindest and most professional people you will ever meet. Weve been doing business with them since they opened many years ago and I wouldnt go anywhere else. When we had a sudden death in my immediate family two years ago, I took some funeral clothes up to Louie the next day for dry cleaning. When a friend of mine offered to help me out a few days later, I asked her if she would pick up my dry cleaning and sent her with a check. Louie wouldnt take the money! When she came back with the clothes and the check, I just cried. I have sent many friends to Louie and his family and everyone thanks me for doing so. Once they start working with him, they get it and they too wont go anywhere else. Honesty, character, friendship, and commitment to excellence -- thats what you get at Crystal Cleaners!

Excellent friendly and professional service. I like that the cleaning is done in-house with the level of care youd expect from a locally owned business. They also referred me to a wonderful shoe repair store in Rochester: Tonys Shoe Repair. Im now a customer there as well and highly recommend both to others!

Great family run business. The support local schools. Very, very reasonable prices and great work! One thing to note is they dont accept credit cards, just cash or checks. This cleaners is out of my way, but they are worth it!
