AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! When you go pick up your stuff, they will hand it to u with a straight face, charge u for it, and then when u get home u will realize it has been DESTROYED!!! And they accept absolutely NO responsibility for ruining anything!!! Instead they tell u that ur stuff is just low quality! The older lady who works there looks as though she is posessed by the devil. She just sits there and stares at u unresponsive while u try to talk to her. Totally creepy! She also told me that i dont deserve a refund on something that they ruined because it wasnt their fault. And when i walked in there to ask for a refund the first time, there was nobody in there! I walked throughout the entire place looking for someone... nobody! But there were baskets of peoples clothing all over the place... on the floor, lining the halls, by the doorway, etc... I could have walked away with anything i wanted! Thats also when i realized that this "dry cleaners" does NOTHING in that building! There isnt a single machine of any sort in there! They send EVERYTHING away to be done by who knows?? I am warning u, do NOT take anything that u care about here. They are deceptive, cheap, totally creepy, and lie right to your face!! Also totally RUDE, from the creeper lady, to the owner, who told me that i need to find a new dry cleaner because he never wanted anyone with my last name in their shop again... all because i asked for a refund on what THEY drestroyed! As if id ever go there again anyway!

*********AVOID THIS BOTCH JOB CLEANERS********** Kelly Cleaners destroyed the buttons on about 8 of my business work shirts which ranged in price from $75 to $300 and not to mentioned they completely ruined a $120-- 500 thread count Egyptian cotton comforter. And then the owner had the nerve to say the comforter was of low quality to my face..Unexceptable. The only reasons I gave them 1 star is because Google makes you give the business you are rating at least 1 star and the owner did replace my comforter (on Bed Bath & Beyonds dime not his own). Terrible Terrible Terrible experience at this place. Never will I return. And Yes I was the gentleman who wrote there first comment above before I realized what type of business this really was. *************AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE OF A CLEANERS**************

I took my suits to a cheap cleaners. They did a terrible job on them. I thought they were ruined!!! I asked Kelly Cleaners if they could clean them. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism, and the level of service at this cleaner. Jack is the man! Very helpful and courteous with a constant willingness to help out. My suits came out looking brand spankin new, and my wife was happy about the price! I was also impressed by the way the pants were creased... No other cleaners ever gets it spot on! But Jack did! All around Kelly Cleaners gets an A+++ in my book for professionalism, degree of service, overall cleanliness, and the friendly atmosphere that will keep me coming back for years! Thanks Jack!!! :)

This cleaners is a very great place to take your clothing! I had a blouse full of spots and they removed them and did a professional pressing job. My whole family and numerous friends and co workers now go there. They dont charge a ton and still get the job done! Thier level of customer service is amazing as well. The location is perfect and centralized and best of all the owner and his wife create a great enviroment and have built a tremondous amount of rapport with my husband and I. I love this place and would never dare to take my laundry elsewhere even if I had to drive out of my way! Thanks for the great overall service! 10 out of 10! 5 STARS!

These gentlemen do an excellent job. I was a first time customer and I have to admit; I was kind of nervous taking half of my waldrobe to a cleaners I didnt know much about. But these guys made me feel right at home and they are very affordable.I highly recommend this cleaners to residents of Royal Oak, Clawson, Birmingham, Troy and beyond. You guys have just solidified a life-time customer!!!!!!!!!!!! PS Fantastic customer service!

This place is horrible, brought my wedding dress in for some light pressing and cleaning...they had it for two weeks when they said itd take one and there were still stains on it and the bottom was all frayed and ruined....avoid at all cost!!
