Dear newer local business and complacent counter man, Its really disappointing that when you advertise same day cleaning but then tell me when I take in my item in that it wont be ready for 2 days. Its even more disappointing when i explained how I needed said item in the morning of said pick up day but get there at 1pm and the item isnt even started! I dont know if you noticed that Im 9 months pregnant and the jacket youre holding is a maternity coat but now Im heading to upstate New York with no coat and clearly cant wear a different coat so I really appreciate your lack of effort in conducting your business but I wont be returning or recommending your establishment to anyone. I think the part that burns my toast the most is when dropping it off I explained the need for it and when you all dropped the ball I got no apology, offer to correct the situation, even a sympathetic look! Just a response of "2 more hours" followed with "well, what do you want to do?" Im sorry did I miss the part where my business inconvenienced you!?! Thank you for making my choice on where to go in the future that much easier! Sincerely, Cold pregnant woman

I took my Grandsons Al Wissam ($300)Coat here to be Dry Cleaned at Crystal Cleaners... They ruined his Coat! I Spoke with Mike, not sure if hes the Owner or, Supervisor... but he said that he would not give us more then $50 (plus they would keep the coat if we accept). I didnt expect Crystals to pay us the full $300... I only asked for half ($150) twds the purchase of a new one. They declined! Bad Business!!

Good experience overall. The person running the store wasnt Mr. Personality, but was nice and considerate. More importantly, they did a great job when I got my suit fitted and dry cleaned for a job interview. All around good place to go to, will be back if I need a cleaning or another fitting.

Awesome place compared to most other locations that do dry cleaning. I drive past a few dry cleaners that are closer to my house to get to this one because Mike does a great job.

I had them put a zipper in my coat . it was the wrong color and broke again 2months later. And it took almost a month to get it done. Would not go back there again.

Awesome work! Had Mike sew,a new suede collar on a rather old and frayed one on a Cabelas coat. Now it looks better than "brand new"!!!
