I dropped off my Old Navy peacoat because my son had thrown up on it. The woman working told me it was going to be $18.50 to clean. I figured, whatever, as long as it came back smelling better than it did and the stain was out, it would be worth it. I picked it up and it didnt even smell like it had been cleaned. My son is an infant, so his spit up has a particular...scent. I made it clear when I dropped it off that THAT was the main reason why. I called as soon as I got home and inspected the coat a little more (it actually smelt WORSE than when I had dropped it off) and the same woman (the owner, she ended up telling me later) gave me a ridiculously hard time. I couldnt understand half of what she was saying, she didnt offer to clean the coat again, wasnt even listening to what I was saying (after a five minute conversation about how this coat didnt smell like it was touched, she asked me, "So, whats the problem? You pay too much?") and when I told her that I wouldnt be coming back, she said, "Thats fine, I have more people." I posted this review on Yelp and the owner contacted me, which was expected. He offered me a full refund, then changed his mind and said he had paid an online website for my home address - where he would be sending me a court order for slander. He has continually harassed me since, via Yelp messaging, and calling my phone under an "unknown" number, which he accidentally forgot to block once amongst a string of calls and the number he had asked me to contact showed up. He has been relentless in his harassment and every time I block an account he is using to send me a message, he creates another one. Instead of spending his time being hateful and harassing customers that have had a bad experience, he should focus on what went wrong here and correct it for his future customers. Im not doing any harm to his business - his employees, along with himself, are. He has attempted to intimidate me by claiming that he knows my full name, home address, and phone number (although he says in an earlier message that he doesnt know my phone number, therefore wouldnt be able to call it....), and I stand by my review. This is NOT the kind of business owner you want to deal with.

Our family has been customers of Allen Park Cleaners since they opened. They have never failed-us. My work uniforms, prom dress alterations, dress shirts ans pants are always the best. Family owned, service with a smile. Would suggest customers stop here for their dry-cleaning, laundry, and alterations.
