I have took a few items to them they lost the belt to a very expensive coat, left lint beads on the coat, & returned a white dress that still had lip stick on the collar that I pointed out prior to them cleaning it when I showed him the stain he went on to say sorry we tried multiple times to clean it and refued to try again, return my money or discount the item. I took the dress elsewhere and it came back perfectly fine like it was new I have never had this issue with any other cleaners ....never again!!

I called to ask if the cleaner does stain treating. the man on the phone told me, "we do our best but if it doesnt want to come out, theres nothing we can do about it." I then asked him how much the charge per item was. he answered and then hung up on me. no "have a nice day" or anything. he was very short and rude. i will not go there!

He charged a ridiculous amount. .He tried to charge me $44 to clean a basic comforter...Nope! Not gonna happen. Then, he changed his story after I said ok,nevermind.Ill go somewhere else.
