Before explaining why I am unhappy, I must first say, the staff is very pleasant, incapable of meeting needs or understanding requests but pleasant. I brought 3 suits to have fitted and paid accordingly, the price was a bit high but in my opinion you get what you pay for, if the work is good then the price doesnt matter. I needed the seats let out in the pants, tapered and hemmed, for this service I was charged $200. I return to be fitted and the hem is 2" short, the taper is not the 9" I requested and the seat was not let out in 2 pants (so I paid $200 to have the seat let out in one pant and 3 hems) I mentioned it to the tailor who suggested someone of my size typically should not go 9" on a taper as a narrower cuff is for a slimmer structure (although this was insulting, his English was not great so I assumed he was unable to express himself in a "PC" manner and ignored it). I thanked him for his opinion and insisted on my 9" cuff. I return a third time to find that my cuffs are still not 9" (now 9.5), the hem on one pant is shorter than the other and the seats still have not been let out. I ask for it to be corrected only to find out my initial $200 charge did not include the correction of two seats only one...WHY??? And now I have to pay an additional extremely high fee to have the other two seats let out. Explaining this to the young lady at the counter and venting my frustration bore no fruit as there was "little" she could do. I asked to have the hems unraveled and to have my money refunded she could not stating that she was trying to work with me. I asked her to explain how she was going to "work" with me, she said she would not charge me for the re-do and only for the two seats (the main reason I was peeved to begin with) in short although pleasant she could not understand why I was disappointed. I informed her that I would much rather take my business elsewhere and I should at least be refunded for the pant with the un-even hem at which point she returned me $7 ($200 to have three hems and one seat) but a $7 refund for a hem? The math did not make sense and to be honest I was insulted. I gathered my belongings and departed feeling as if I was just hosed, in fact my hand is shaking as I write this review. I will never return to Westborn Cleaners, I neglected to read the reviews of other disappointed yelpers so I have only myself to blame...Robbed, Dazed and Confused.

Not pleased! My clothes were not cleaned properly and when I asked the staff to address it they were extremely rude. Then after I realized they were not going to correct the problem I agreed to pay the full amount in spite of the clerks bad attitude. Then she pretended to have computer problems and insisted that I pay in cash because my card was declined. I called my card company that they confirmed that there was no reason why the transaction should not have been processed. This was clearly an attempt to embarass and not address the issue. Very low class! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!

I have great focus on my needs..I have all my alterations done there.. Very curtious..and so far everything has been professionally finished.. The only thing I am not happy with that they will not take a check. Done they day you need them. I would think after you have built a good relationship with them they would accept your check.I dont use credit cards.So you have to know what the charge is before you go to pay..That I dont find user friendly!

Been going here for years. Always polite and friendly. The one time I was in a bind and needed something hemmed fast they came through and the work was done perfectly. Prices seem reasonable for expert work however I dont have anything recent to compare them to. Ive mostly had jeans hemmed here but my dad has suits altered and he also has been going here for many years. Highly recommended!

They gave me back my suit jacket without it being tailored. Then proceeded to act extremely rude when I brought it back and made it seem like I was lucky they serviced it the same day. The tailor did not do a good job either. Incompetent employees with mediocre work. Will never go there again and do not recommend anybody to even have their clothes steamed and pressed there.

Excellent work!!! I started using the tailoring service at Westborn many years ago. I stopped going when I found another tailor closer to my home. While it was more convenient, the quality of the work and the service was not even close! Ive begun going back to Westborn and this time, I plan to remain a customer and supporter. They do great work! Give them a try. :)

Westborn did an amazing job fixing my shirts and coats from a job that another terrible tailor dud, and provided same day service! Everyone was so nice and helpful and made it so you couldnt even tell another tailor had messed up. They are 20 minutes away, but I will continue to give them all of my business. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service. I took my jeans there to be shortened, and Westborn stitched them too short. I requested that the tailor lengthen the jeans to fix the mistake, and they are trying to claim that the work was performed elsewhere --in spite of me having charges on my credit card.

The embroidery person used the wrong font on my new dress shirt and agreed to replace the shirt with the correct lettering but when I went to pick up my shirt it was the same shirt with the old stitching visibly removed and replaced with the differ lettering.

They had one job and couldnt get it done,even gave them 9 days to get a hem and embroidery done.And they failed.the bad part is my company was paying for the service and now im going to pay someone to finish the job

Lousy work. They missed a 2 inch rip in the shoulder on my parka. I paid 58.00approx to have a parka & a coat cleaned& repaired.. Needless to say- I wont be back.
