Im so disappointed. I worked for a drycleaner for several years who really took pride in his business. Im not one to complain, but this was just so bad that I have to warn people. My husband and I just moved to the area, so found this to be our closest drycleaner. The first time we dropped off our clothes, everything was fine. However, the second time, I brought in several items including my favorite black sheath dress that I wear weekly to work. Its my go-to dress. I wore it on Monday, dropped it off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. I went to wear it on Saturday to a funeral, and when I put it on I was so confused. The dress didnt fit me at all. It was huge in the waist, almost like a maternity dress but was really tight in the bust. My dress had a single seam detail along the waist, but I noticed that this dress had bib-like seaming on the top. After struggling with it for a few minutes I realized what was going on. This was not my dress and it was very CLEARLY not my dress. I took it back in and explained very nicely that this is not my dress and that there must have been a mix up. The woman repeatedly told me that it IS my dress. She wouldnt even discuss the possibility that they could have made a mistake. I hate arguing, especially in this situation, so I just kindly asked that she hold onto the wrong dress and let me know if someone returns my dress. Its been several weeks and Ive not heard anything. Im so sad, because it was a favorite item in my closet, but I dont think there are any repercussions for me. Just know that something may not go wrong for you, but if/when it does, you wont have any leverage and they wont do anything to fix their mistake.

Honestly this place is awful, one star is more than they deserve. First off, the $2.99 price for dry cleaning that they so conveniently have on their sign is not actually the price youll be charged for dry cleaning, so right off the bat you should be having a lousy experience the second you drop your clothes and realize they charge more than what they flat out say. If that isnt enough, I dropped off multiple pieces of clothing and several of the items came back totally unwashed or un-dry cleaned! White collars of my shirts are not cleaned, wrinkles in the arms and chest... it looks like they put it on a hanger and tossed a bag over it. Truthfully this place is not worth the waste of time, you are much better off finding somewhere that actually does what you pay for (even if that means you pay a little more). Steer clear of this place, it is the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner and I will not return here. Also on a side note - the people are extremely unpleasant.... One lady in particular who seems to open up the shop is flat out rude and NOT the first person you want to encounter in the morning. Seriously this person is reason enough not to go back.

I am new to the area so was looking for a convenient dry cleaners for my shirts and suits.. They lure you in with the name 2.99--but nothing is 2.99, That should be your first clue. They require payment in advance--they might as well put a sign up saying we dont trust you and we are going to take your money even if we dont do our job. That should be your second clue. They do not inspect their work--had a shirt returned with out a button. instead of apologizing, she blamed me. that was the third clue. Apparently being a glutton for punishment and to give them another chance, I went in to drop off a new load of shirts. One of the shirts was brand new and folded up from the store--she gave it back to me saying she wont take it that way. This place must not need customers or maybe my money isnt green enough for them. I will find somewhere that actually wants me as a customer. And by the way, dont sprain your ankle in the parking lot potholes that they dont bother to fix. .

Brought in my NEW Tux shirts that I had only wore once. For 2 shirts, 1 pr pants and 1 coat they charged me 23.00. The extra cost was because I wanted my cuffs sprayed on the shirts as they get dirty quickly. When I got them back, 1 shirts sleeves were not ironed at all!! Not sprayed as paid for and the ironing , especially on the front pleats were all wrong. Have to rewash and respray my shirts before I can go to work. It even has a NEW stain on it that was NOT there when dropped them off. When I called to complain, very "not my problem" attitude., I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

They do not check their work. When I got home, one of my dress pants had the button ripped off and was completely torn. When I went back and showed them the pair of pants, their reply was that they didnt do that. So much for customer service. The lady at the counter was the manager and she was very rude insisting that there was no way they could have done that to my pants. Never going back.

They always get my clothes clean and presses (relatively) wrinkle free- however heaven forbid you have a problem. They would 100% rather lose your business than resolve your issue. There is a lady there in particular who is rude and nasty. I saw them lose a customer in front of me today because she was unwilling to help solve an easy issue. Management should reconsider their front-end staff.

Absolutely horrible! The first time around they didnt even clean my items, they simply placed the plastic bags over the clothes and called them clean. I returned the items a second time and the person was extremely rude. When I went to pick up my items they shrunk some of them. Do not try this place unless you want to pay someone to simply place a bag over your clothes and call them clean.

Price is cheap for the neighborhood, but the quality is poor. Undeniable. I take my shirts there because I am a tired of ironing that much. Suits and important event clothes all go to Adams cleaners on Walton and Adams. Nearly twice the price but they dont press in fresh wrinkles. I find the staff friendly, polite, efficient.

My clothes where cleaned to perfection and had them done the same day with no extra charge. I am going to continue to use this cleaners, also the people where very friendly and helpful who works at the cleaners. Its across the street from Oakland University. Go OU !
