I have been a customer of Douglas Cleaners since 1995. I have always found the quality of their services to be very high. And the family that owns the place is just so lovely to deal with. Only once did I ever have any kind of problem. That was about 5 years ago when a very expensive blanket shrunk after being dry cleaned. The store where I purchased the blanket would do nothing on my behalf. But the good people at Douglas, who had nevertheless followed all the manufacturers placarded care instructions, were determined – even though my problem was not their fault – to make me whole. So THEY went to the manufacturer on my behalf that THEY were able to get me a brand new blanket! How is THAT for service? Douglas has my business for life. I will never go to another dry cleaner for as long as I live.

The workers here are amazing! Because of them, this place is making it and the only reason why I come back to this place. The owners are very very rude! They need to also treat employees with respect, not just people that come for their business.
