I have been using this dry cleaner for over 6 years. I have never had an issue with them. The last time i had a dry cleaning order a week back, they ruined the color of a pair of pants of mine. I went to them this morning, and the assistant told me the manager was not there. I called the manager after, and i found a dis-respectful, low level, extermly hostile lady that started shouting on the phone that this was not their fault and that i should have read the instructions on my pants! Isnt this their job? I was calm and told the lady with attitude that they have lost a customer, and i wili never bring them any business, or recommened them to any of my neighbours! This is my worst encounter with a manager that has some serious anger and attitude problems! I think she should not manage such a facility with such an attitude. A manager should respect long term customers as well! this lady (or maybe i should not call her that either) should not be in this position! Be aware guys!!

Have been coming here for about a year for my hubbys uniforms and all my sweaters - they do a fabulous job & if you come on Tuesdays each week you save like 30% so I do my rotation each week on Tuesdays :) she has rushed things for me and really been very careful with my husbands specific requirements for his uniforms - AWESOME!

Great job! My clothes came out perfect. I will definitely come back, Meadowbrooks ownership has changed since that last review... and so has the staff. Now the cleaners is owned & run by a kind and sweet woman, who will make sure you clothes are perfectly clean and wrinkle free!

Taken advantage of. Charged me $40 to steam the wrinkles out of 2 dresses. I needed them in a hour. She said no problem. I had NO idea she would charge such a high fee. One dress was for a child and had a few wrinkles on the chiffon from travel. Not a reputable business.

I used Meadowbrook for their alteration shop. Very friendly staff, even when I took the finished jacket back and to have them alter the sleeves a bit more than we had originally planned.
