I was very disappointed. We are loyal customers. But this time we brought in beautiful drapes ,picked them up and when we went to hang them, noticed they were still dirty. I brought them back and said they were still dirty. The owner, Marie, said she worked very hard on them herself. Then started ranting angrily about something else. Very rude and unprofessional. A simple apology would have worked wonders. Hmm , they were dirty with obvious dirt on the bottom hems and the dried leaves from the floor were still on them. So she refused to give money back and instead offered to " work on them again" . When we picked them up I noticed they seemed yellow ( they were white) and when we hung them back up they were about 6" shorter- so they bleached and shrunk them.

About a month ago I dropped off a jacket with makeup stains on the collar. Upon receiving my jacket I noticed that not only was it not steam pressed but the simple stain was still there along with the smell of my favorite perfume. A couple weeks later same story. Do they actually clean the garments you give them?
