I have never been one to post and complain, but this place has terrible service and no accountability. They took a little longer than most dry cleaning places and more expensive but no big deal. I can deal with that since I was not in any hurry and figured if I paid more than I would get better services. When I picked up my dry cleaning, my pants ended up with a hole towards the upper left side. These are dress pants that I bought from J Crew about half a year ago and have not had any problems with them until I got them cleaned here. When I went back to the cleaners they would not take responsibility for it and wouldnt even help patch it up for me or give a refund. Save yourself the hassle and money and do not go to this place.

Theyve done great work for me so far. Mostly dry cleaning. Also some tailoring. Price is comparable to others in the area.
