If I could rate zero stars, I would. Worst experience and a horrible owner. Dropped my wedding gown off for cleaning and preservation and was told a turnaround of 1 1/2 weeks. Call the day its supposed to be ready and they say the place they sent it to closed for a week, so they push the date out another week. Called again when the new date came around and they say its ready so my husband drives over an hour to pick up and they say its not there and the place they sent it to needed to special order a bigger box. Finally I requested to know where my dress actually was sent to and I called them myself - they never shut down for a week, never had to special order a larger box, and the dress wasnt sent to them on the date it was supposed to. The owner all this time had been lying - finally got my dress nearly a month later and wanted to charge $40 more than the original price trying to claim it was an oversized item because it was a large gown when he said he would adjust the price for all the trouble. The actual company who cleaned and preserved my dress put my gown in a normal size box so he wanted to provide horrible customer service AND overcharge me for no reason. Do not recommend this place for any type of clothing.

i took a jacket there to have it tailored for a halloween party. very nice, very helpful staff, but i was promised that it would be completed today at 5. that was ok because the party isnt until later this evening, but when i showed up to pick it up today at 5 the tailoring was done, but the suit wasnt pressed as i was told that it would be. it looked ok, but im going for a madmen costume, the suit needs to be very crisp. i was told that they could have it for me first thing in the morning but that does me no good at all. unfortunately i had to pick it up unpressed due to the fact that the party is tonight. maybe ill have a better experience if i ever go there again, but i will not take them anything that is time sensitive. like i said though, super nice and helpful staff all the way around. only rated them below average due to the fact that they didnt deliver what was promised.

I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. I had purchased a beautiful dress from a resale shop and planned to wear it to a black-tie xmas party but couldnt find any cleaner who could get it done in time. As luck would have it I was picking up dinner at Penn Station and noticed Village Cleaners (which I am embarrassed to say I had not noticed before). It was 6:30 on a Thursday evening when I stopped in and the man behind the counter said he could have it ready by noon the next day. When I picked it up my dress was perfect. I am so impressed! Even w/o coupons, this is my new cleaners!

My parents have used this cleaner for years and I now I use it. Staff is friendly. Service is great. Never have any issues. They always accommodate me no matter what! Love this place and tell all my friends about them and the great job they do on my clothes. I wouldnt give my dry cleaning to anyone else.

Ive dropped off suits, shirts, coats, and ties, the day before I need them of course and have always been accommodated without question. Very friendly and have always done a great job! Impressive.
