I just moved to town a few months ago and needed to find a new dry cleaner. After doing a lot of research (way too much for any sane person) I choose Classic Cleaners due to their proximity and better than average pricing for shirts. Now price and location arent enough to keep me coming back but Im happy to say that theyve earned my future business by being friendly and timely with their service. There really isnt a reason to look any where else.

If you value your clothing do not go here. They have caused irreversible damage to an over $800 white Canada goose down jacket with no compensation or explanation for the damage. Took it to another place to get cleaned and they explained to me how the jacket had been ruined due to the DIRTY WATER THEY USED to clean the jacket. Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE TO BE WASHED! THEY REUSE DIRTY WATER!!!

Been going here for over a year now. Employees (family run I think) are friendly and informative. Reasonably priced (not the cheapest Im sure but they have never lost any of my stuff and everything is always perfectly cleaned and pressed). Quick turn-around even around weekends and holidays. Note: Conveniently placed tailor is right next-door :-)

I cannot say how much I am satisfied with Classic Cleaners of Troy. They offer same day service and do a very good job. The store is always very clean and reasonably priced. They also give good advice on how to handle cleaning questions also.

I think under new ownership. Prices went up and quality went way down. Now shirts dont have the collars cleaned and also found a yellow spotty film on my white shirts. Have to find a new dry cleaners now.

I am very pleased with the service I receive at Classic Cleaners in Troy, Mi. The employees are knowledgable and friendly. They were able to get stains out that my other dry cleaner never did.
