Do NOT go to US cleaners! My husband dropped off a suit on Saturday that he was promised by Monday. He came in on Monday and the suit was not ready and was told to come back in the morning. The next day it was still not ready. It was all wrinkled sitting in a bin, plus they couldnt even find his shirt. We were 3 hours late to his grandmothers funeral today and we had to go out and purchase new clothes for him today to have something to wear. To top it all off, when he went back to get the shirt they lost, they actually tried to charge him! The shirt and suit reek of smoke because apparently some towels caught on fire . I dont even know how this place is still in business. What a joke!

Used to be good but now most incompetent. 2.5 weeks ago, I took a pair of jeans for alteration, asking for a 26.5 in inseam. It would be ready Tuesday. Went in last Tuesday, picked them up, brought them home. Inseam was 28.5 inches. So, back to the cleaners. Theyll be ready 4/29. a Tuesday. Got there at 1:30 PM... theyre not ready.... not pressed. Ill take them unpressed. says I but wait, lets measure. 27.5 inch inseam. She says "Ill send them back. Theyll be ready next Tuesday." Sorry, were moving, May I have a refund? No says she, the owner Abu is not here. This is one local business Sterling Heights can live without!

US Cleaners does an excellent job from front door, to cleaning, to delivery of the services on time. I have been going to US cleaners for a long time and it has been nothing but reliable. The building is clean and the staff is very friendly. Great place!
