If I could rate this place a 0, I would.This place is run by the most rude, most clueless, the most prejudiced against gays old lady I have ever seen. The old trolls name is Patty Simmons. She make lots of mistakes and blames it on the other employees. She always says God will lead you in the right direction, Maybe she should listen to god and retire. Dont believe her fake smile while your there because soon as you walk out she will talk behind your back. Her employees will even tell you that. Beware of this place.

Ruined my FAVORITE comforter. I told them the fabric was very delicate and they suggested dry cleaning over machine wash even though the fabric care tag stated otherwise. The comforter came back, batting flat and lumpy. I am out a comforter and the $ for the cleaning. I will never use them again.

Friendly and courteous service. Clothes come back clean and well pressed. Shirts are starched to customer preference (my husband likes heavy starch) they already have that in their system - no need to specify every time. Very satisfied.

Swan always does a great job with my clothes, and the people there are great too! I go to the Swan Cleaners at the corner of Powell Rd and Sawmill Pkwy.
