Went to Swan Cleaners store at Glick Road location for pants and Sport Coat. No credit in the system which was offered by a company official in the amount of 50.00 from a previous disaster of Swan ruining a comforter of ours. The lady , I believe her name is Jan , said no credit in the system. I called the Powell Road store, spoke to a very cordial young lady and she spotted the credit immediately. This Jan said it would show up possibly when I was ready to pay and pick up - wrong. Why did it show up on Powells system and not Glick Roads system. I think we all know what this Jan was up to. Its sad that Swan has built a brand and some of their employees are destroying that brand rapidly. I will never go here again. I tried it one last time and I just cant deal with these people. Im writing a letter to the owner since I feel he needs to know what happened here as well as the language that was used by this female employee. When they hear how pathetic this place treats customers changes will be made. Happy Days..

Took a very expensive White King size comforter to have cleaned.Upon picking it up the pattern and the surface had lint and lint balls all over it.They re cleaned it and it was worse on the 2nd try. It wasnt ironed and looked terrible. A short woman that waited on me was rude, interupted me while I was explaining all the issues. I am trying now to work things out with a company officer and Im getting the feeling they will eventually take care of problem. Bad customer service.. bad attitude..riding on their name doesnt align with their brand. Once settled I will never go back. Im out.Be careful with what type of product you take to this locationn
