This place is awful! For nearly 2 weeks they kept telling me my down comforter was not ready. The employees were very rude and so unwilling to help. I finally called corporate with a receipt to be reimbursed for over $1,000 down comforter and they changed theyre tune real quick. They found my down comforter within 6 hours. The only person that showed any true customer service in the situation was Brady, the Vice President. Save yourself the headache.

If you have Police/Military uniforms that require weekly pressing, go somewhere else. This place is expensive. I have saved $$ from switching to Dublin cleaners instead.
