They cut out the built in bra in my wedding dress because the silicon started to leak. This happened two days before I was supposed to wear it. They did not call me before cutting it out, but instead called me after the fact (3:45PM the day I was supposed to pick it up, and the seamstress was gone for the day). They were only supposed to spot clean the bottom of the dress. Mistake after mistake....The owner refused to take any responsibility. It was supposed to be $134, and instead of apologizing for the mistake or reimbursing me fully, they still charged me $80. They also lost the garment bag my dress was dropped off in. Mistake after mistake... I will never go here again, and would not recommend Columbus Lace to any brides.

Strongly recommend!!! I have used Columbus Lace for ALL my dry-cleaning needs since the late 90s. Steve and his team do fantastic work and are nice, down to earth, businesspeople operating with absolute integrity. I also appreciate they are THE ONLY dry-cleaner in Columbus who uses solutions that are Eco-friendly AND carcinogen-free. I think their family business has been around for like 105 years now??? Drivers can pick-up and deliver from your home, or you can stop in to their location in German Village. 5 Stars!!!

I did a big review of them on yelp if you want the full details w/ photos. They ruined a very expensive designer dress that I was having cleaned before I sold it. The dress went from being sold for $400ish to only $30 because of all over damage and fading. I was also told it would be done in three days when I brought it in Monday morning and it wasnt done until Friday. The owner also denied that they made it fade and only offered a refund of $12, which he never actually did.

I get exceptional service. As a local minister I feel they go above and beyond and always are able to repair any issues with clothing that I have and dry clean at the same time!! Its worth the price because they provide excellent quality!

Columbus Lace does pick up and delivery at my office in Polaris and they are awesome! All of my coworkers and I love them and we couldnt be happier with the way our clothes are returned. I wouldnt use any one else.
