I wear a suit and tie every day and require clothes that are professionally cleaned and pressed. Ed and the folks at Drycleaning Avenue never disappoint. Not only is the cleaning and service excellent, the team at the shop make you feel right at home every time you visit. Ive used plenty of dry cleaners over the years, but none have compared to the overall service provided by Drycleaning Avenue. 5 stars!!!!!

Can I give zero stars? My wife brought them her wedding dress after our Jamaica wedding. They failed to clean it at all. They overcharged and when I called they were rude. Poor customer service and poor quality service. No pride in their trade. Go to the village cleaners in Rochester for great cleaners and excellent service.

I have been a customer over 10 years and they are the best! Ive had to use other cleaners on occasion in Troy and Macomb. I have found the other cleaners service not very well and the cost is higher. I would suggest you try out Dry Cleaning Avenue when you have a chance!

Very rude. Poor customer service. Couldnt even be bothered to answer a few questions over the phone. Very high priced for such shity service.
