I recently got married and was looking for a place to get my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. I purchased my gown at Wendys Bridal, and when I called Wendys to get a recommendation on a cleaner, Dublin Cleaners came highly recommended. Im SO HAPPY I listened!! I called in and spoke with Margaret, one of the owners of the shop. She assured me that only her husband handles the bridal gowns and he has been cleaning them for years and has lots of experience, and that my gown would be treated with the precious care it deserved. When I arrived at the store, Margaret greeted me in person and explained the difference between a cleaning and preservation. I decided to go with a cleaning so I could still open the garment bag and see my beautiful dress whenever I wanted, where as with a preserved dress, you can really only see the bodice. I SO appreciated Margaret taking the time with me and explaining the difference. My dress was one of my favorite parts about my wedding, and I think Margaret could tell how special my dress is to me, and she didnt mind spending a few extra minutes with me to put my mind at ease. I am now going to take all my dry cleaning business to Dublin Cleaners because they are so wonderful. Eventually, I will probably have my wedding dress preserved as well.

I had a great first experience at Dublin Cleaners! I went to the site in Powell to have my ball dress cleaned. I had procrastinated to get it cleaned and believed there was a very little chance to get it cleaned in time, which was two days. However, the woman working there was more than willing to help me out and ensure my dress was clean! Due to their busy schedule, she made calls to another site to have it cleaned there and also ensured that I could pick it up back in Powell. She was extremely helpful, and my dress was spotless for the ball!

I came to Dublin cleaners in Powell, because my french cuff dress shirt had been coming out horribly from other cleaners. As embarrassing as it was, besides my cuffs and collars looking bad, my under arms just didnt get clean. I explained this to Michele and she took great care of my shirts and other garments in a professional manor. Since I travel every week, its nice to know when I pull a shirt out, I dont have to question if its wearable or not. Now I look as good as I think I look. This is worth every dollar more Im spending.

I have been going to different dry cleaners for a long time and I always find an issue, but not at Dublin Cleaners. They did a great job with my dry cleaning but also with my alterations. They informed me of everything as well as their whole process of actually dry cleaning my clothes. My items were also done way before the date given for pickup which was a great surprise. My experience at Dublin Cleaners has always be positive. The people that help you consistently have a smile on their face and prove to be helpful. Michele specifically, Ive had the most experience with. My clothes come back on a timely manner. The cleaners do an excellent job. I always take my clothes of high quality there so they dont get ruined. I recommend Dublin Cleaners in Powell.

First of all, you do the best job laundering my husbands shirts of any other dry cleaners in the area & we have tried many. But by far the most important part of my experience at the Frantz road location in Dublin is your phenomenal staff. Both girls named Jessica & the new girl who works on Mon.,Tues., & Wed., make coming in a pleasure. I consider them all friends!

Best cleaning service ever! The customer service was excellent, the care with my clothes was superior from drop off, through the process, to pickup. I drove all the way to Dublin from Circleville because I just couldnt find anyone that paid attention to the details. Dublin Cleaners does, and I WILL be back!

We had four wool coats dry cleaned. One of them had a loose button, which they repaired for an additional $1.50. Our order was ready for pickup in five days. They did an excellent job. We trust Dublin Cleaners and will definitely use them for future dry cleaning.

They said it was their specialty but when they "dry cleaned" my wifes handmade wedding dress, it came back completely ruined looking like it spent 3 hours inside a microwave and then they tried to make us pay for the service. I would give zero stars if I could.
