The tailor at this cleaner worked a miracle for me and then charged me much less than I would have thought he could charge. My daughter is the maid of honor in another of my daughters wedding. Her dress was shipped to her and was very wrinkled. I was steaming the wrinkles out of the dress which required my iron be very hot and close to the fabric without touching it. I turned my head for one second, and in doing so, also turned the arm holding the iron. It touched the fabric for a nano second but burned three holes in the fabric right in the front of the dress. The wedding is 2 weeks away with not enough time to get a new dress. I took the dress to this tailor who said he could put a new seam in the dress to hide the holes and would put a corresponding seam on the other side for balance for $30. When I went back, I could not believe what I was looking at! There were no holes but no seams either. The tailor decided the seams would be too noticeable and so he undid the bottom half of the dress so he could redo all the gathers in the lower fabric to move the holes into the original side seam. This required him to also put in a new pocket as the dress has pockets. The dress was perfectly altered and perfectly steamed. It looked beautiful! I am familiar enough with sewing to know this was a LOT of work, so I suggested to the tailor that I should probably be charged more than $30. He replied that since he had originally quoted me $30, that is what I would be charged. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!

My comforter is dry clean only and there was some blood spots on it, informed the lady of the spots. When i picked it up everything looked good till i got home and opened up the comforter, all the blood spots were there along with a couple other small spots that she didnt get out. Didnt tell me anything about not getting the spots cleaned, just folded it up so spots were covered up. Took 3 days, $40 wasnt a ridiculous price if the spots came out. I wish golf view cleaners was still around, cheaper and there wasnt a stain they couldnt get out. I wont be going back here because they just hide the fact they couldnt get the stain out.

I took my coat in there to be cleaned and the woman behind the counter was very rude about what stains I had on my coat. She scolded back at me "next time you get a stain youll see my face yelling at you whatd you do that for!? ". I didnt find it funny. I dont want to be lectured about my stains. Besides my stains are keeping her in business.

Incredibly rude!! Please take your business elsewhere! They literally laughed in my face when I asked to have a dress steamed for the next day. I went down the street to Wons cleaners and they steamed it with no problem and didnt even flinch when I asked for next day. Ill never take anything here.
