HORRIBLE....HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE!!!!!! There is an uneducated, unprofessional so called manager named Ren (female in gender) answered my call and I explained to her that I brought my pants in on a Saturday after 8pm to have them cleaned and pressed. I had just purchased from Macys 45 minutes prior to bringing them in still had the tags on them. They said they would be ready the next day @ 3pm. When I picked them up and began to get dressed the PANTS were now CAPRIs! After explaining all of this to her, her response was..."WE FOLLOW THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS" that wasnt true because when I looked at the tag it says...."Hand wash cold, Line dry" "DO NOT DRY CLEAN"! That would mean that someone cant read or comprehend! But Rens nasty attitude, disposition, and BLATANT UNPROFESSIONAL way of dealing with customers is NOT what you want or need. Its hard for me to understand how others dont realized how supply and demand work. If you dont give good service, people dont use your business. If there is no customers then employees are not needed so no job! I wouldnt recommend anybody to use this cleaners EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!!! :( :(

I took in 18 choir robes, which were burgundy with cream colored collars. They were dusty from construction work, but not so much dirty. When I picked them up, 12 out of 18 of them had a blueish-purple wring at the collars and sleeves! We couldnt use them and I sent them back the next day. The manager, Ren, was SO rude and unapologetic. She actually tried to convince me it was called "invisible sweat" and in washing the robe, the chemicals brought it out onto the surface! She said shell re-do them but cant promise anything. WHAT?! I told her they went IN without stains, they should come BACK without any. I commented to her that I was surprised by her "matter of fact" candor with me. For $126, I expected CLEAN robes!! They may be ruined now and the manager could care LESS! NEVER AGAIN!! Folks, you get what you pay for with this place!!

I meant to hit the 4th star, not the 3rd. Oops! Im trying to figure out what some of these people are whining about. I have been using the Eastpointe Pro Clean since 1998, and while there have been 1 or 2 "less than pleasant" employees over the years, that is the exception, not the rule. The laundry area is always clean, all of the machines work, the extractors save me SO much time in drying my laundry, the dry cleaning service has always been top notch and even I who am a coffee snob enjoys their coffee! Some of the reviews I see here sound more like sour grapes and illiteracy than reliable, constructive feedback about this business. Ive never had any problems or issues in the 19 years Ive been using Pro Clean. Two thumbs up!

The ladies that works in the cleaners are rude and not friendly, the one older thinner lady that always wears glasses, and the black leggings and another older lady with blonde hair are not friendly at home. When I walked to the counter to try and break a 20 without have 15$ in quarters, I greeted to the blonde and said Hi and she just stared at me until I repeated myself and then yelled to the back to the other lady and made me wait for five minutes til she came from back!! 2 thumbs down! A Loyal customer is leaving! And in order to post this you have to give a star, but its not for a good cause

After reading reviews I was thinking maybe I should try somewhere else.......I called and received a very polite, articulate, helpful, courteous, response.....I decided to go there and do laundry and was satisfied, I did not use the dry cleaning, only the laundromat and I will happily do so again.........Happy because this was the best location for me from where I live.........Glad I called , expected from reviews to get poor service, I guess two complaints out of ?????? I feel bad for the ones that received poor service, sometimes how we treat others, cues them in on how to treat us..........

I am extremely angered at the awful experience i had at this horrible place. The staff are both racist and sexist and do not care what the customers want. They are dirty, rude, and the whole joint is just unpleasant as the jerks they have at the front counter. Put some soap in your bathrooms and for christ sake maybe you should elaborate when putting up "help wanted" signs because i didnt know that men and blacks are excluded from this. If i could i wouldnt give this place a single star but unfortunately you must have a star to have a review.

I have not been to pro clean in a little while but I went back last week and it was clean,the staff was helpful,the bathrooms were so clean, the washers and dryers were clean,I am so glad I went back. I am very satisfied,Pro Clean has come along way,I will go back,I will recommend Pro Clean to all my friends if you need a good dry cleaners-laundry mat Pro Clean is the place thank you to the staff for being so helpful

I was there today and counted 31 out of service tags. Both extracting machines are down, one of them has been out of service for several years, the duct tape that holds the door shut has fallen off. Its dirty, the drinking fountain is disgustingly dirty and the bathrooms are nasty. Theres 3 tvs that are always off now. Its time to find a new laundromat.

They havent ever been very good about getting my dry cleaning done on time but my suit got wrinkled when I flew in so I was in a bind so I used them. I told them I needed my suit back by 1pm today to make sure I could get it by 2pm. I went in at 3pm and they told me it wasnt going to be done until 4 on Monday. Do not use these folks

I am an older gentleman and have never use a dry cleaners laundromat before but my friend recommend pro clean my visit was amazing the staff was very nice and helpful I drove a few miles to try it and was very satisfied clean helpful good coffee clean bathrooms I will be back and would recommend pro clean to anyone

awful had a flat tire and asked my dad to help me but the manager tried rushing me to change it but i couldnt do it fast enough to his expectations and he threatened to call the cos on s because he claimed we made his establishment look bad my advice dont go here!

Staff is hit or miss, usually miss. Most seem apathetic. Larger washers and dryers often break making users re wash clothing or to use smaller equipment therefore taking longer. Centrifugal spin dryer is an asset to help dry clothing faster.

I have been to pro clean on 02-1-17 the laundromat was very clean all the washers were working and very friendly staff I would recommend Pro Clean I really enjoyed the visit free coffee was great
