DO NOT use this cleaners. They lost a pair of very expensive dress pants, after I was VERY nice and I gave them 4 weeks to try and locate them, the owner then told me they would only pay for the cleaning fee X10. So for the $200+ pants of ours that THEY lost, they reimbursed us $55 for.... Also, the owner told me after 2 weeks, that if I gave her another 2, she would reimburse me the full amount I paid for them. I also had a picture of the exact pants online. When I called after 2 more weeks, she flat out LIED and said that she never said that. So read the condition on the back of the slip they give you and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Accidents happened, I understand that, but they will not compensate you properly for THEIR mistake. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area. TRUST ME AND DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Ripped off. Came in to have 2 dress slacks patched for a small tear in the crotch. Same size on both about a nickel. I was quoted less than $10 for both patches and then 10.50 for cleaning. So at most I was expecting to pay $20.50. I come to pick them up and am told it is $16 for one patch and $19 for the other. Are you serious?!! $49 total for cleaning and patch work. Ridiculous. They will not see by business again. Swan cleaners could have done the same thing for 1/3 cost. Came to them because they are local. The patch and sew work is fine and they are clean, that is why its not a 1 star.

I use this business regularly. I have a silk dress with extensive beadwork on the front that I have had cleaned there a few times with no incidents. I take comforters here monthly and my business clothes weekly. They press the pants perfectly and always have everything on time. The staff is super helpful as well. One time I took some clothes in and the guy let me know that I might be better off just washing it myself, I didnt realize it wasnt dry clean only. They money I saved that day has gone right back into my returning business!

This dry cleaner is great! It looks like a hole in the wall and dated, but theyve always provided me with good service and have been friendly. Parking is easy and Spring Cleaners is flexible with completion date for cloths. If I had to offer a suggestion for the cleaner: have later hours on the weekdays.
