I dropped one shirt off Thursday morning she told me it would be done Tuesday. Mind you theres a big flashing sign that says same day service. So I told her no I need by Saturday. Friday I called to see if it was ready and if I could pick it up. Super rude on the phone. "What do you want miss" instead of just asking for my name. what who talks to people that way when I am bringing you my business. Anyways it wasnt ready, now Im rushing morning of to pick the shirt up Also their hours are not listed anywhere. Not even on the receipt slip. Wont be returning.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there with 9 of my husbands suits. The women told me they would be ready on Monday, I go to get them and they are not done. She proceeded to tell me that ALL of the suits had rips in them and that she needed to fix before she would clean them. None of the suits had any problems when I dropped them off! I also was told that they only except cash so I need to be prepared when I come get them. Do not take any of your business here!

I called to ask for an estimate to dry clean a short down coat. The lady who answered was very rude and said she needed to look at it. I then asked, what was the criteria she used to provide prices, so I could then answer her and she could give me an estimate on the phone. She raised her voice and said she needed to look at them and hung up on me. Very bad customer service, they sure dont need my business.

The sign says open at 8:00 AM. Waited around til 8:15, and nobody was there and the doors were still locked. 8 AM should mean 8 AM. Screw that place, second bad experience. Wont be back.

I have not had any problems with the cleaners for years if not decades. I do not think that I am any better than anyone else.
