They lost my skirt. They ended up finding the skirt. When the skirt was returned to me the alterations were horrible. So, they had to redo the job. They charged me for alterations on my husband suit. Returned the suit without it being done, but dry cleaned it only. I spoke to Priscilla about the items. She basically told me I was never charged for the alterations. Even though I told her I had the receipt for proof. Then she placed me on hold to check their receipts. Come to find out I was right. She then began to yell at her coworker about messing up. Then said I was, "B****ing" at her. I did not use not one swear word nor yell at her. I was calm and told her the situation. When I confronted her about how she described me to her coworker, she quickly tried to apologize and say that she should not have said that. Then, I guess as some type of apology offered me $35.00 even though I spent over $120.00 this past visit in alterations and dry cleaners. Wow. I think I will pay the $6.00 for great customer service and know the job will get done. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...... This place does not even deserve one star. I just cannot put in zero stars.

I needed a press ONLY for my holiday festivities garment and when I got them home and got ready to wear them I discovered my clothes had NOT been pressed at all and was almost late for my event due to having to iron them myself!
