I have taken my clothes to this cleaner for almost five years, and we spend almost $200 a month on dry cleaning. The place was pretty descent until the son left...now his mother runs the cleaners, with a bunch of young kids, who are not Korean, and she doesnt speak hardly any English at all. If you have a problem like I did today, with a skirt that was not even a year old, that cost me almost $100, and the lining on it was ripped...she said it came in ripped, and tried to give me my money back with a "no charge...the lining was ripped and we couldnt clean it". When I dropped the skirt off...the lining was not ripped...the skirt was not very old...but today the lining was ripped, and she conveniently hid behind..."I dont understand...you get money back". Well...if Park Avenue Cleaners is reading this, when you no longer get an extra $200 a month...maybe you will understand. Two years ago, the son replaced a clasp on a very expensive sweater...a clasp that was broken by someone in his cleaners...he took care of a $40 clasp...but today...a $10 lining on a skirt could not be fixed. I would NOT go here. The place is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

They either do or used to go by another name: 2.75 cleaners. Anyway, they shrunk a pair of my suit pants considerably. Another time, I took in a shirt and actually showed them where the spots were, but they didnt seem to come out clean at all. Not all dry cleaners are created equally. Do your research!

Good cleaning but Horrible service from the Chinese "owner". She never makes you feel welcome & appreciative. By the way, theyre expensive compare to other competitions.

Close at 6pm on Saturday!!! Come on people, drive here with bag of laundry, 6:15pm and closed with a closed at 6pm on Saturday sign in door. Get it together my god!

This place was okay until my pants magically became ripped. They said I brought them there like that. Pick someplace else. For the sake of your clothes.
