Brought a comfortor in. They threw it on their dirty floor first thing. I should have known. Went to pick up and noticed it was stuffed in a clear bag. As I was mentioning the wrinkles I noticed makeup stains. The nephew admitted it was dirty but there was nothing that could be done, and since they have been opened his uncle has "never once returned anyones money". When the owner got involved, he said he does not treat stains unless you request it. He does not make sure comforters are wrinkle-free unless you request it. They will not hang the finished product unless you request it. So basically, if you want to throw your money away, go to Granada Cleaners in the Clearwater/Dunedin/Safetly Harbor Area, where their motto is "were not going to clean it unless you request it". There is no evidence they ever cleaned it. They charged $37 cash for a king comforter. My recommendation; Go to Tabor Cleaners in in Dunedin. They guarantee their work and they would have charged me $25.

Ive used this place 3 different times with no problems.On the 4th visit they ruined two of my dress shirts.When I took the shirts in the owners took absolutely NO responsibility for their damage. They blamed it on my husband and said it was wear and tear. Wear and tear on these shirts are merely impossible due to only wearing them 4 different times. They were completely rude and need a refresher course on business etiquette. The one shirt, he can cover up with a tie and vest because the tear is on the edge of the shirt by the buttons. The other shirt was a hole in between two buttons and a smaller hole on the front of the collar. When you go to a professional, you expect quality work from that business. Instead we received 2 destroyed shirts, and told it was our own fault. I will not be going back to this place mainly because they would not take responsibility for their mistake.

I was really hoping that I would have a good experience with this local business, but I didnt. I had them hem 2 pairs of jeans for me, one pair came out great but the other was about 1.5 inches to short. Mistakes happen so I took them back and was told that it was my fault that I had washed the jeans and that they had shrunk. After arguing they took them back to fix the problem. I never received a call to let me know they where done and when I stopped in to check on them a week and a half later I was told that they had let them down 2 inches but that this was my fault for washing my pants. The jeans are now to long and Im out the cost of the pants and the cost of having them hemmed. Based on the reviews blaming the customer is a common practice for this business. I will not be using them again.

HORRIBLE! NEVER, EVER USE THEM! They ruined my $256.00 comforter that was less than a month old. It had a few spots and when I picked it up, it had pink stains all over it! The owner made me pay $40.00 for it because he said that he had to pay for the chemicals to clean it....it didnt clean it...he ruined it! No remorse for what he did. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
