This was our first year at Major Productions Studio of Dance, and we couldnt be more thrilled with our decision! We recently moved to the area from out of state and were happy to find quality dance classes close to where we lived. My daughter had been dancing for several years at another studio, and she was looking for one that held competitive dance options and taught a wide variety of dance styles. MPSD had everything we were looking for. Miss Tracy and all of the teachers have been very caring, professional, and committed to ensuring that every dancer reaches their full potential. MPSD gives students multiple opportunities to showcase all that they have learned on stage. We are very happy to now be a part of the MPSD family and look forward to the upcoming years of growth as a dancer!

My 2 daughters have been dancing with MPSD since they opened Jan of 2016 at the Ellenton Ice Skating Rink. They have grown so much in their dance skills! My oldest decided to try out for the competition team in June 2016 and has not only grown in her dance skills, but has also made lifetime friendships, memories, and grown in her self-esteem and confidence! All of the staff are so knowledgeable and truly love the students! My youngest daughter LOVES and absolutely adores Ms. Tracy! Tracy always makes sure EVERY detail is perfect and goes way above and beyond for her students!!! If you are looking for an AMAZING dance studio, I HIGHLY recommend Major Productions Studio of Dance in Ellenton! Everything they do is truly a "Major Production"!

If I could give this place a no stars I would. The owner is running a total SCAM, UNAUTHORIZED MONEY WITHDRAWALS and completely DISHONEST operation. I signed up my child to learn how to dance, which the owner advertises on her website. My son was supposed to participate in the 45 minutes HipHop dance, but each time during the class he was only participating anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes because most of the moves were not the "boys" moves. The dance teacher is an absolute joke. The owner takes no time in explaining her operations to parents. ABSOLUTELY RUDE INDIVIDUAL. Do not waste your time if you are really looking for a professional level dance environment for your child. You will only get scammed at this place!

My daughter is on the competition team this year with this studio. I can not tell you enough how welcoming this studio has been, they treat everyone as family and go above and beyond to make the kids feel special. My daughter has made some great friendships and really excelled as a person and a dancer. All of the teachers are so caring and patient with the kids. If you are looking for somewhere to take your kids this is the place. Great place for all ages, even have Zumba for adults!

My daughter has been dancing at MPSD for 2 years and she loves it. The dance teacher is very patient with the children and communicates very well with the parents through email, printed flyers and at the end of each class.
